Head over to How to Make a Custom Title. That should explain how to do it.
In short, just have the article name without the colon, then add it in the custom title request.

Okay, I've run searches and tried all sorts of things, and I just don't get it. How do I make a Title: Subtitle media article? Like Wraith: The Oblivion and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and so on. All I can get via the sandbox is Title Subtitle and I can't see an option to change the media title anywhere. Help!
