Tales from the Borderlands

I can't tell how much interaction that minigame is actually going to have. The emphasis on it, and on collecting figures, implies some depth, but then it looks like just a couple quicktime action sequences.

I didn't even know this game was a thing until Jamie Marchi started retweeting review quotes for it.

It is nice that all the episodes are all in the game from the get go.

Of course. I just have a question: which corporation do you think Athena owns? During Tediore's conference there are Caldwell, Torgue, Wainwright Jakobs, Katagawa Sr. (representing Maliwan) and Rhys; that leaves Hyperion, Dahl and Vladof as possible candidates (if you want to be more technical, include also Anshin and Pangolin).

Likely Hyperion as there's a fan theory that she became CEO after TFTB 1.

Yeah, my coin is on Hyperion as well. It helps that she used to work with them at one point and that her former employer is dead.

Also it revolves around people noticing how Hyperion guns have shields now.

As for the new game itself; Contested Sequel is very much in full effect. Most people absolutely hated it, some people loved it. Reviewers were mixed, leaning positive.
