Like I said, no love...
Very ungooglable name. Most search engines go "did you mean stephen king" and such. It's hard to even youtube search him.
He's really awesome, though, thanks for making me know of him. His "play every single fucking part AT ONCE" style is something that I've always tried to do myself (fingerstyle guitar) but I'm far less awesome. He's epic.

ERROR: Signature not loadedCool, I converted a new person! Spread the word, brother!
So I found another old performance.
It's just nonsensical. This is the music section, and no one is interested in one of the greatest guitarists who ever lived.

A more recent (this year) recording from a concert in Germany. Swinging Shepherd Blues on solo guitar.
Let's see how many Beatles songs could be fitted into 6 minutes...
Something new for the 0 people who care.
Not sure if I posted this before, but the video was not "liked", so I guess maybe not. It's the Flinstones theme.
Damn, that is some fine guitar-playing.
"I, Exdeath, have disguised my self as a splinter, waiting for this very moment!" -Exdeath, 1992It appears to me the man is TRYING to stay obscure. He is not promoting himself ANYWHERE.
2 more videos, one of them less than a year old, another maybe 15 years old.
looks like You Tube has finally got off its lazy ass, and auto-generated a channel with all of Steven King's music that is available on iTunes. Now all of you lovely people can listen to many, many of King's original compositions and covers.
Well shoot my dog and call me Sally, the man actually uploaded something new!
Looks like he is just as terrible at the Internet as he's ever been.
Pink Panther on solo guitar.
I should have named this "Steven King needs more love".
It's almost like I cursed this thread.
Well, looks like the man's old YT account is back online, and I can treat you to the best version of Tico Tico out there.
And no, I am not talking about the famous writer; that name is spelled "Stephen".
With that out of the way, I am disappointed that Steven King gets no love, despite being one of the most talented fingerstyle guitarists out there. He pioneered a way of playing to have melody, chord, and bass at the same time, on one guitar, with no overdubs.
He has not done much (anything, really) on the internet since 2009, when he put his original material on iTunes. He hasn't really gone anywhere, he just has almost no presence online right now. He is an old fashioned southerner, so that might explain why he does what he does.
Here is some proof of his greatness (all of the videos are old)
And here is he explaining his method of squeezing music out of the instrument.
