Did the car shift into neutral just fine?

I read your previous post as that being something you were going to try to do after seeing the condition/occupancy of the car (as in your next post).

Let me tweak my post a bit.

I love making double posts.

Soban, that's taking your own initiative a bit too far. You can enter the apartment and survey things, but ultimately what you find is up to me. Resolving the whole situation I created in a single post is not going to cut it, so you need to chainsaw the majority of what you just posted. (Incidentally, you just guaranteed that the bomb you defused will not be the main challenge you face...)

It felt like a waste to put looking at the car and shifting the gear as separate posts if there was nothing, but I also didn't want to just, like, actually do it in my last post without checking first, cause you were making a big deal about the car being there so I wanted to try not to assume too much in case there wound up being some crazy cyborg demonbeast in the car or something.

@Helpful Mint: I'll do it tomorrow. (I'm trying to avoid getting the different threads and events confused/scattered, so I prefer to reply to everyone in the same post.)

@sanojutsu: There's still a thug on the loose, and there's still the broke down cars to look at. If you don't like those and can't think of anything else, have your character interact with one of the other supers. Small chat and such.

@Most everyone else: If you don't think you can continue, you need to let me know. If you do, then you need to post in the next few days, or I'm going to have to start dropping people.
