Heroes of the Storm - Blizzard MOBA

Blizzard has been on fire with this year releases. Nothing but pure fanservice.

We've got a Firebat, Maiev, Fenix and Deckard Cain in a relative short succesion. That's like, 4 of the most requested heroes in the first 4 months of 2018.

Give me Reinhardt and a classic character and i'm settled for the year.

Also, we appear to be getting story for the Nexus setting now. The Raven Lord is pissed about the Gravekeeper challenging him and pulling out ultra-evil Gul'dan and Aralak to fight for him.

I guess this month we might get a OW hero right? It's the 2 year anniversary of the game.

That would indicate that the next hero is Yrel. Quite an awkward time to release her.

Why's it an awkward time?

She goes crazy next WoW expansion.

The post seemed abuzz that people disliked Yrel in her run in Warlords of Draenor. With some thinking her going crazy is going to be a better path for her.

Once again, I don't think so, personally. It's yet another repeat of Warcraft writer going "Good-hearted people? NAAAH! Let's make this guy crazy! Especially if it's a girl! What a good writing!" like what happened to Jaina. Only this time, it's Yrel who's the victim.

I give my middle finger to those people and hope that Yrel would at least be the WoD version. Those guys RUINED Warcraft with their incessant whining that Blizzard had no choice but to obey.

Well, Jaina's not the crazy version in Heroes, so there's hope.

Oh they had enough balls to include the crazy white hair version, even as a skin. And I thought they'll just keep that abomination within WoW.

Warcraft is dead to me, as stated in the link below. And I just hoped that they don't bring common elements of the corpse of Warcraft into HOTS. But they just keep doing it...

It will probably be the old Yrel. From the sound of things, the crazy one isn't all that important outside of the Mag'har starting zone so they'll likely go with the one more fans are familiar with.

I didnt really like Yrel as her story went in leaps and bounds instead of a somewhat realistic pace but yeah she continues the really long line of blizzard just shitting on all its female characters with any kind of leadership position.

Thalyssra and Alleria are fine for now. There are also small implications that Jaina will undergo a Heel-Face Turn.

Only a matter of time until eventually they get screwed as well. And hell... well they changed Alleria a bit to a Void Elf instead of a pure archer. That one's a little minor issue, though, compared to how others experienced it.

As I understand the spoiler, it is a Bf A themed Horde vs Alliance skins plus Yrel? I'm ok wit that. Let the Bf A promotions flow!

The cores in the new map actually are bosses taken from WOW itself. That's pretty cool.
