Right now I don't care what group Kyle's in, I'm all up for randomness unless someone else wants to group up.

I don't care who I'm with.

Although, I'd like to point out to the female PC's that Mark is single and ready to mingle.

Last I checked, most nine year olds after the Middle Ages are single.

I'm not particularly sure if there's any characters which would work best with Jacob, which makes saying "I want to be in [x] group!" kind of difficult... hrm.

Yes, I suspect our characters aren't going to have much in the way of a romantic drive until after the first time skip at least.

Also, dunno if I should have posted this in the extras section of my character sheet, but I don't intend to do the cliche thing with characters that are close to animals and make Rob a vegetarian. In fact, I could see him using his power to make hunting or fishing easier at some point.

I think a randomization would be cool to find groups.

@Groups: I already said I'll let group the characters whose players want to be together and I'll randomize the others.

Also, I expect you guys to post regularly, so please don't drop off the face of the Earth when the RP starts.

Hey, Parable! You making a sheet?

I assume being placed in one group does not necessarily exclude us from meeting characters in the other group later on.

Do we actually even need groups? Normally the way an RP goes is that three, four, maybe six people all quit within a week, so maybe just have everyone together at first until we know who's staying around?

um...the whole point of the R Ps setup is to have groups. Any RP with groups in it has the potential for that problem but I don't see a point in everyone being lumped together considering "impossible to run it that way" was the entire point of making groups.

Guess it's just my opinion and if everybody really doesn't want to have groups that's okay though.

Em... No. We only suggested groups because we got a lot of people.

Can I request to be with Parables character? I think there's a nice scene I could do in regards to her dead cat.

Um... but if you have a lot of characters in one place, they'll either naturally split into groups or things start to freeze up because too many people are waiting on too many other people, and then either the whole RP suffers or you lose people entirely.

Then there's the risk that in a huge group, some characters might get repeatedly ignored.

So better to have small groups from the outset.

I'd like for Joseph to be with a more... parental figure, not necessarily to say that it's important, I just feel his personality would flourish next to one of them. Also, and this is really important, so I'm bolding and italicising it it in a heading with all caps:

CAN ANYONE'S CHARACTER SPEAK SIGN LANGUAGE?

This is important, because Joseph will at least attempt to sign sometimes, even if it's just a few words,so please let me know if any characters know it, so they can be a potential interpreter.

Uh

My character has Muscle Mimicry, so I can just have him learn how to replicate sign language.

I don't mind who Violet is grouped with.

We're having the characters be in separate groups because there's already 18 characters (and there's still some people who have to make/fix their sheet), and 18 characters on the same place might get a little confusing.

So, uh, once I get back from visiting my cousin, I'll start writing down the groups. For now, it's Group A, Group B and Group C (or maybe just two groups), so we can have 6-7 people on the same group.
