... Okay, more probably she's turning into vampire, but the way they are framing it is very intentional.

Sigh, you know, the reason all those two bit villains show up despite Kojou being there is because he sucks so badly at acting like the strongest vampire he is. Between getting tagged by the elf-sensei and letting princeling talk down to him he dosen't really project an image of strength.
And oh yeah, Asagi needs rescuing again. Seriously, that girl can't go two episodes without getting into trouble.
