[up][up]Well, now that I think about it a rescue team in such a dangerous zone must want to look as harmless as possible, so using girls in uniforms might be not so crazy... I guess.

As for episode two well rescue team so far has only 50% chance of success, and judging from the ending this is not a rare case.

[up] They waited 20 years. And sent in 3 people. I'm hoping it's something other than a rescue mission.

[up]To be fair messing with DNA to make a human immune to radiation must take some time, also there is clearly another group operating in the area with unknown purposes.

As I feared the Doll drama takes centre stage. I so hope they won't overdo it.

What else?

People act in illogical manner living to a tragedy that could been easily avoided. At least we get an explanation for why anyone would still be there. Dog is awesome and for some reason totally not feral. Lots of hints about some shadowy conspiracy or something. Who give those people such advanced suits, who brings the food?

Art and animation are still stunning.

Pretty good episode overall.

Looking at the opening, it seens like there will be a lot more of shonen tropes in this than I first tough. And mechas, can't forget that.

Also, tht wolf is totally a spy, from the evil empire of radioctive animals that's hiding in the city.

Episode 3. In which they hunt crows.

I wonder why she shoots them through the suit, rather than doing it inside the truck where it's safer. Even if it seals it up, I'd kinda doubt that seal is better than an intact suit.

"Science is my mother." So not father?

I kinda wonder why no one recognised the crow. Is that shape really that unknown?

Also, their explanation about her vision doesn't make sense.

Yeah, run out in the open against someone with an automatic rifle. That'll work well. Then again, it does. In fiction.

[up] To be fair, Ibara said she has ten-times the athletic ability of a normal person, so I guess it makes sense that she could avoid all those bullets.

Episode 3: Maybe we do have a plot?

We learn who was distributing food to people. I can see him inventing the advanced hazmat suits...but how the heck did he manufacture them?

Why did she give her last two shots to the people who seem fine and are gonna be picked up soon anyway? Wouldn't you want to save one for the old lady that you have been trying to rescue this entire time?

That is a B2 the same way the X-Men had a blackbird. They found a plane that was cool looking and drew it.

Ibara...if you just shoot the tires, it can't take off.

Even if she can dodge the bullets, you would think there would be easier ways of doing that.

Aoi can be useful? that was....random. How come she doesn't get a power? And how exactly are the expecting to ask anyone anything after causing the planne to crash into the city with a missile

my guess: Bet it's gonna turn out that who ever is releasing the contamination also caused the accident by sabotaging the plant

[up][up]Considering the distance, the speed she was running, it's still clear which academy they trained accuracy at.

[up]That seems like a reasonable plot. And maybe they're counting on them bailing out of the plane?

And they shot (at) the tyres when she was hiding there.

Episode 3:

  • The man behind the delivery service was also the one who created the power plant that caused the nuclear meltdown. I smell a rat...
  • Is Aoi only there as emotional support? Taeko and Ibara got some skills, and she...doesn't. Why did she receive such a short stick?

"I love Science. Science us my mother."

What a brilliant line.

I totally expect that the "accident" wasn't actually an accident. Also those guys are probably responsible for Zones too.... though I fail to imagine what their goal is.

This was probably the best episode thus far.

Episode 4. In which they hunt a black bird.

"They taught us in gym class." Aww... I was only taught how to drive go-karts and fire ordinary rifles and pistols.

"This is insane." Could've have put it better myself. I didn't expect this series to rely so heavily on Rule of Cool. I mean, a Dodge by Braking shouldn't work between a jeep and an attack plane...

You know, I wonder how much waste it would have to be to be too much to handle. I know the time may be an issue, but I've never really heard about there just being so much it's a problem. Not to mention, I think that a company involved with handling such waste would have to have a lot of documentation for how and where it's done. Then again, if they can afford aircraft like that to use as transport planes...

The timer was just silly.

It also feels like the series is trying to force out Tear Jerkers by having them cry.

[up][up]Well to be fair, It's hard to find radiodactive toxic wastedumps.

About the episode I feel sorry for the old man, he wanted to help humanity but that backfired horribly, but I respect that he stayed in the zone to help those abandoned after the accident.

New episode is up, and it seems more problems and surprises for the girls, petty politicians, Crazy soldiers, a robot, an artificial paradise, and also the introduction of a coppelion to "clean up" troubles... well a lot of stuff.

Episode 5:

  • We got ghosts patrolling the streets. They're extremely hostile.
  • Another day, another douche minister.
  • What a nifty place they got. An oasis in a dangerous area. It even has a robo-butler.
  • Yeah, Aoi. We sure can rely on you... Just don't break your arms, or something.tongue
  • So the clean-up crew is but one person. He must be good at cleaning up.

This really does make me think someone decided to "moe" the fallout universe. We even got The Brotherhood of Steel

I wonder what the first division knows that prime minister doesn't want known. Seems to be more than him just abandoning them in there. Which doesn't make to much sense in itself. I can understand not sending in more soldiers...but not letting them out?

Episode 5. In which they should've died. Again.

I wonder if I should keep a count on how many times they should've died.

That handbrake turn looked rather fake. Conspicuous CG makes it look smooth, not realistic.

Aoi is a bit annoying here. She seems like her normal self on speed.

The Prime Minister is rather cartoonish. Which turns most interactions with him cartoonish as well.

That comment about not getting stable electricity from water sounds rather funny to me, considering about half this country's electricity is exactly that. Of course, having tons of rivers helps...

New mysterious character who's supposedly and probably badass. May be interesting.

I also just want to say, I mostly just complain about stuff, but I wouldn't follow it if I thought it was a waste of time.

The Prime Minister is less unscrupulous politician and more an adult child throwing temper tantrum.

Why is Ibara the only competent one of the trio?

Oh look a white haired pretty boy, one man commando. This should be fun.
