• In this world, there are certain things that cannot be explained by science alone. There are things that go bump in the night, and we are the ones that bump back. There are countless organizations from around the world, some dedicated to eradicating vampires, others all monsters, but all share a common goal, saving humanity. You are one of the agents with either some sort of unique ability, guts, or the natural talents needed in fighting these dark forces seeking humanities demise. Desperation and the lack of resources finds you paired with opposing agents to end a threat to the world...again.
• This is a role play where you can play as an agent of the Order of the Lion,a son of the Sons of Krieg, an agent from the Bureau of Supernatural Defense, a member of The Mortifactors, or a priest of the One Bloody Rose Brotherhood. If you have a different monster hunting organization in mind, or just want to be a mundane that stumbled on the group, just ask and I'll take a look. You cannot play as an existing character from these various works, you have to make your own.

• Factions.
• Bureau of Supernatural Defense: America's answer to the supernatural problems it faced, President Thomas Jefferson established this covert branch of the United States Government to keep America safe. Since then, a few presidents have also emerged from the Bureau, all with track records miles long. The Bureau has kept the American frontier safe, and public at large as well for countless years. Agents of the Bureau are recognized by their badges, use of special weaponry, and general standardized equipment for all agent's to use.
• Order of the Lion: Founded by Professor Abraham van Hellsing after defeating the greatest vampire known to mankind, the Order of the Lion has dedicated itself to keeping Britannia and it's former colonies clean of monsters and black magic. Exempt, of course, from the Order's protection is the USA, which has it's own significantly large force to combat the supernatural. Order members are trained to use silver swords, though they do use other melee weapons, to destroy their foes. Traditionally, Order members also wear iron and silver armor to help protect themselves from the occult.
• Sons of Krieg: A mysterious organization that has roots everywhere in the world. The sons use assassination and subterfuge as their weapons. However, there are sons who use nothing but brute force and sheer power to overcome their foes. The sons are identified often by the markers of a black trench coat, and a tattoo of a blue diamond on their right forearm. This tattoo allows the sons to create energy weapons at will, though only simple ones, so no guns.
• The Mortifactors: A ruthless band of half breed humans or those that survived a monster attack, the Mortifactors use the curse often left to them by their attackers to make sure that it never happens to another innocent. Dhampirs, Werewolves, and a menagerie of other once human species make up the ranks of the Mortifactors.
• One Bloody Rose Brotherhood: When magic was still as common as air to the mundanes of the world, which has since faded into mere myth and fairy tales, there was a wizard who was content and happy with life, and his wife especially. unfortunately, this wizard angered a local vampire count, who took the wizard's wife and made her into one of his own. In a rage, the wizard slayed both, the count in a long battle, and his wife with a whispered apology and a broken heart. The wizard founded the One Bloody Rose Brotherhood, taking five disciples and training each in one element of magic. Today, the wizards of fire, wind, lightning, earth, and water fight together in remembrance of their teacher, who left one bloody rose on his wife's grave.
• Character sheet example/guidelines.
• Name: Jack 'Saucy Jack' Horton.
• Classification: spellbound corpse, a soul taken back from the veil and kept locked in its body by blood magic, the soul will stay on this plane until the condition's the soul's binder has forced onto it has been met. Until this time, the body will remain 'living', repairing itself from damage, but not truly alive. Consequently, a living corpse does not need air, food, or water, but still feels hunger and pain as if it were alive.
• Age: 145. If your characters a plain human, keep it reasonable, if they're a vampire or a werewolf, keep it below two hundred years old please.
• Appearance: Jack Horton is a tall, spindly man. He's been said to remind people of a spider, with his scrawny, long fingers and mangy grey hair, Jack towers over most average people at nearly seven feet tall. Jack wears long duster concealing his tools, and hides the modified straight jacket he wears that's covered in the runes keeping him alive.
• Personality: Jack is not a typical person, he finds himself unable to really connect with other people, and his feelings vary far and wide. He could be said to be bipolar with how fast his moods change. For some reason, prostitutes enrage Jack, as does children being abused.
• Organization: Jack Horton has been working for the Order of the Lion based in London, England since it's inception with Professor Abraham Van Hellsing. Since then, Jack has been working on and off slaying vampires across the world. Unusually, he forsakes the armor many of his associates wear.
• Weapons: a carpet knife made of iron, multiple daggers of silver, a revolver with all sorts of different bullets, and a machete.

Hypocrisy and fallacies much? Telling us not to rip off any manga while you use a manga for your character?

I mean, if you'd worked to actually make it your own thing, and used the name because hey, Professor Abraham Van Helsing was a character in Bram Stoker's Dracula, it might've been alright. Sorta, 'cause it'd still be rather obvious you took inspiration from the manga, but still. Instead you used the manga's way of writing the name and even threw Alucard in for good measure.

I meant for the characters, don't rip off the characters. It would take to long to create original organizations so I figured Hellsing, Iscariot, the BPRD, those would all be in there.

Strig, you have no right to do this. Any concept can be made into a good story no matter how original or not. Back off and go make your own RP if you don't like this one.
