The copyright clearly shows who it belongs to, so we're covered on that. Now, if we can find something that's NOT copyrighted but works just as well, that would be even better.

Yeah, that doesn't look familiar to me either. As to how you can tell if a pic's copyrighted, look for the (c) symbol anywhere in the pic, usually combined with someone's name.
