Who wants to lay odds on how much of an issue I had with her type of heartless, vile, sadistic, sociopathic, evil, want to slowly vaporize every cell in their body, one by one, leaving all the pain receptors till last, letting them feel as every part of them is obliterated, the terror of it building and building and.... wow that got REALLY dark, really fast...

But yeah she's a pathetic little shit that needs to a good swift kick in the plot. And is the third most outright irredeemably evil thing in the show. Behind Sombra, and almost neck and neck with Tirak.

You think she's worse than the sirens? Or Diamond Dogs? Or Gilda? OR the Maneiac? Or Chrysalis? Or the Flim Flams or the teenage dragons?

I'm reminded of a quote I read the other day: the worst thing about nerds who become bullies is that you'll never convince them they're anything but victims.

Worse than the Flim Flams at least, those guys got sympathized in the comics. And maybe worse than the Maneiac since she just literally went insane from evil shampoo.

I, uh, still wouldn't put her up there with Tirek, she's just a spoiled brat who needs to be reprimanded by an adult or something Twilight is supposed to be the princess of Friendship, she should do her job and teach Diamond Tiara how to be friends.

So far the worst thing Diamond Tiara's done is spread private gossip all over town in the school newspaper and encourage someone to sabotage a float. At least the Flim Flams actually stole people's money and possibly delayed them from seeking necessary medical treatment.

Minus the float, the CMC have already done the same thing, arguably worse in their case, if we're counting comics.

Just finished watching my favorite Legend of Korra fanartist stream her work. Now trying to motivate myself to do my own daily drawing/writing.

I just found out about this website called Bingeclock thanks to Vsauce. Apparently it takes 2.1 days (or over 37 hours without commercials) to binge on FIM.

Does anyone else here watch Vsauce?

Yes to all. Okay Sirens are close, the rest, not even.

Dogs? Harmless idiots. yeah they wanted Rarity to work for them, but never actually tried to or wanted to hurt her, and were to stupid to be a threat even if they did want to.

Gilda? Jerkass Jock, but didn't seem to go out of her way to hurt people just for the pleasure of it. Would strike at anything that showed up. Be an asshole to them. But not hunt down over and over simply for the joy of torturing them.

Maniac, was just insane.

Chrissi? Yeah, also a jerk and rather cruel, but ultimately was doing what she did to feed her children.

Flim Flam? were just trying to make some money. Even if they had to lie or cheat to get it. But again weren't sadistically aiming to make others suffer.

Dragons? Again yeah jerk jocks, and even more one dimensional then DT, but they didn't hunt down Spike to torture him. Only messed with him when he came to them. And eventually grew to like him.

Diamond Tiara? None of those up sides or mitigating factors. She deliberately, and repeatedly, goes out of her way to make others suffer, to inflict emotional pain and suffering on those that have done nothing to her. Solely for her own sick, sadistic joy. Even Tirak wasn't doing what he did simply to revel in the suffering of others. He just wanted Power, and didn't give a fuck about what it did to those he took it from.

No she is just plain, fucking, evil.

Dude, she's also the equivalent of a ten-year-old. You're making out like she's some sort of serial killer. She's a jerk, yeah, but you're acting like she's Pol Pot or something. I'm not trying to deny that she's done a lot of horrible stuff and that she deserves to be punished, but she's hardly "pure evil beyond all redemption either". There's plenty of time for her to emotionally mature a bit more and stop being a jerk. Sure, it's entirely possible that that might not happen, but at this point it's really too early to say if she's irredeemable or not.

Hey guys! Rushed up this morning because I thought the season premiere was today but it's next week...darn.

If she changes, then things change.

But right now, she deliberately, knowingly, and willfully goes out of her way to inflict suffering on others, solely for her own personal enjoyment. You don't got more evil then that. That she's powerless enough that the pain she can inflict is limited doesn't change the intent behind the actions.

I looked up a couple shows on that out of curiosity. Apparently, it would take 18 days to watch the entirety of Pokémon. Even better, when you take out the commercials, that gets reduced all the way down to 13.2 days. Seems those commercials really do make quite a bit of difference.

Ads account for about a quarter of total viewing time to fit 22 minutes for a thirty minute slot, so not surprising.

8 minutes of ads every 30 minutes? It can add up.

Ooo, you know who's a lot like Diamond Tiara but an actual adult? Suri Polomare. Hopefully Diamond Tiara doesn't grow up to be like her.
