It's not blurry enough to be bad to any degree. If you can find a sharper image, then by all means, swap it. Otherwise, keep.

But DVD's and Bluerays do exist, where it's possible to get sharper pictures.
In fact, the page image on their TV Trope's page isn't blurry, unlike this one.
The fact that it looks "just like any other Simpson pics" so how problematic the images pertaining to them are when it comes to blurriness.
- sigh*, if everyone else is fine with this picture, then I am.
