Agreed with Witty - not sure if the .gif would work on the page, but considering most of the information on the page would justify someone like Bugs Bunny cutting Florida off, I think it could work. Might be a bit too harsh, though.
The GIF wouldn't work on the page. Animated images would require admin approval to embed on the page, and I guarantee you that you won't get it.
