Well this chapter was much much better than the earlier shit. Let's just keep doing this and things might improve.
It was interesting how Yukihime flat out tried to pawn off Touta.
I can't read this shit.
"But don't give up hope. Everyone is cured sooner or later. In the end we shall shoot you." - O'Brien, 1984Yeah, I think I'm done.
...I have to wonder. If we hate UQ holder so much (not as much as almost everyone here does, but I quite dislike it), then why does it seems like nobody cares about the article on the very website? What I meant is the page is pretty barebones compared to the thread itself. I'm not saying the page should have nothing but complaints as that's not recommended, but still.
Probably in large part because the only people who care about this thing are from the Negima fandom to begin with, and you can probably count everyone on one, singular hand. Subtract that from how many of them actually edit or add anything to an article, and you get yourself like...one or two people. Also, the series itself thus far has been very bare. Its world building and any information that can be extrapolated from that is non-existent, character interactions that provide any information on other tropes associated with them is minimal...basically, this series has little to draw on that hasn't already been written up, or anyone to care enough to actually bother with it.
Also, this thread is padded out in large part due to continued discussion towards Negima and how this series reflects on it. That's essentially the entire thread, really.

I mean, Negima has a substantial article about it, so it's not because there are no people who could write it. It's more that we just don't care enough to do it. Back in the day we were really passionate about Negima, and this was reflected in how much work we were willing to put into the wiki on it. Now all that's is gone. Personally I've been on UQ Holder page maybe twice.
Negima had such a big article because it was so trope overdosed, UQ Holder has a smaller cast with far fewer tropes.
Hell in Negima the single panel wonder cat girl had like 10 tropes about her... I can't say the same about UQ and a lot are retreads of Negima.
Now if UQ can stop retreading Love Hina and Negima there might be more to write.
Well, spoilers for chapter 136 are out. Looks like the lewdness continues.
Another exciting adventure of "And nothing happened", I'm guessing.
Meanwhile, UQ Holder's 13th volume is being censored due to Eva being stark naked on it, and being replaced with Karin and female!Kuro I guess. Not surprised really, though UQ Holder has been really heavy on the creepy ass loli shit lately.
According to spoilers, it looks like we've finally got confirmation on which timeline UQ Holder is in, in chapter 137.
The raws from UQ Holder are out. We get the return of two characters from Negima, and possible confirmation (in the manga) of who Negi ended up with. Also, as mentioned, more timeline details.
If I'm interpreting the raws correctly this is actually the main timeline? Because if so, Holy Happy Ending Override Batman!
"Lemme try and wrap Negima up through flashbacks!"
Guess I shouldn't be surprised. Here's to hoping someone tries to reboot it somewhere down the line, because its basically worthless now.
Pretty sure Holder is still Bad!End. Negima still doesn't get a Good!End though.

I mean there seems to be a flashback to Asuna coming back from the future, so it would indicate the main timeline, but who knows.
Just read Chapter 137. That moment when Eva and Chao took back Asuna was, in Dana's interpretation, a viloation of the space-time continuum... Did not expect that years after having finished Negima. Moreso Chamo's true form...
Then we go to the latter pages. Talk about Happy Ending Override, looked like the Saishoudoukin option is scrapped, though good enough that Nodoka and Yue are okay with it. But that very last page...
Sed regresso retributio. Carpe Diem. Deus lo Vult...Is there anything "unhappy" about main timeline? Negima was pretty forgettable manga so I don't remember much details, but this ending seems pretty fine.
The only 'unhappy' thing about the ending is more meta in how we never saw the ending only the epilogue.
That is annoying, yes.
And I dunno where the Happy Ending Override comes from. Worst thing the chapter shows us happening in the Negima timeline is a couple romantic rejections, and Chamo calling it the good end timeline means there shouldn't be anything too horrible waiting in the wings.
So is UQ Holder different timeline from regular negima in that its timeline from where time travel Asuna came from or something? I'm confused .-.
Also I have forgotten original's casts details, who was that person in last page again? Anyway, kinda feel like last page is setting up a troll answer somehow

Yes it's in different timeline. UQH is in timeline without time travel cheating (or at least not as much).
And girl, while I don't remember name she was anonymous net idol, but otherwise she was smart girl with large amount of common sense, who acted as straight girl to Negima Bokke. They were getting along greatly. Her pactio card was (I think) Kill Sat .

Her name was Chisame and her pactio was a wand with some electric mice things that helped her hack good. The Kill Sat was the artifact of Chachamaru, the robot.
I think the people who actually cared about Negima are now in the 1% in this thread.
PS: Can someone PM how to find sepcific people's posts?

Go to your thread watchlist and there's a search box that says "find posts by troper." Type in their name and it'll give you a bunch of their most recent posts, with the thread they were posted in and the time they were posted.
I did read throug whole of Negima, but I'm bad at remembering series I read years ago
I really liked this latest chapter. Plus the meta-humor at the beginning was amusing.
