So they managed to depict Hell in a children's show.

Yesterday's episode got surprisingly dark in a couple places. Including Ghost Rider literally taking Red Hulk to Hell to feed him to a Lovecraftian beast in order to extinguish his soul.

I thought it portrayed Ghost Rider pretty well. There was nothing goofy about him, he was a decent threat and I'm happy they managed to slip in a few references to "sinning" and "eternal suffering" in a cartoon for kids.

Welp. That's it. The show is over. The last episode aired today. I haven't seen it yet, (Curse you [REDACTED] for taking so long to [REDACTED]!), but I've heard it was pretty 'final'.

Unless a third season is announced in the coming months or SDCC.

Having seen it I can agree it seems "final". But I honestly didn't enjoy it since the explanation for Hulk's personality change still feels weak and the conflict with the Avengers was pretty much insulting.

I thought Marvel was going to give its third animated series slot to the Guardians of the Galaxy?
