Breakin' Da Rules, Shadow Showdown, and Battle for Bikini Bottom is where my nostalgia lies.

My Nick game nostalgia's purely with Nickelodeon Party Blast, though I've got quite a few other Nick games, including the Jet Fusion game (but none of the Unite-era games, sadly).

There were a lot of games published by THQ starring the 00's Nicktoons. Some I played:
FOP: Breakin' Da Rules, Shadow Showdown
Rocket Power: Beach Bandits (my absolute favorite)
SBSP: Revenge of the Flying Dutchman
Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (based on the movie), and Vs. Jimmy Negatron
Nickelodeon Party Blast
And, of course, Nicktoons Unite (known as SBSP and Friends Unite overseas).
