I know one thing I never expected some of the plot lines I saw in season two via Netflix when I watched season 1 years ago. Especially with more focus on the rest of the Wizard siblings as a whole.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Watched the first three episodes on Netflix. It's alright so far. As a reboot of the pilot and original season, I think the rewrites work better in some places, but some of the story beats from the original feel a little rushed or out-of-place. Now that it's caught up to the "new" material, I'm interested to see where it goes.
Definitely still has the vibes, either way.
"I've come to the conclusion that this is a very stupid idea."I finished all of the Netflix episodes last week. There were some pacing issues, but I really enjoyed the show overal. I especially like the color palette, and how it fleshed out elements like Deckard's family and Puppycat's past. Though I did not expect Cardemon's mother to sound like the way she did when awake. The voice isn't bad, I just expected something more... regal.
Since this thread got necro'd, here's a development that'll leave you all going "wait, what?"
...I guess Japan really liked those shows particularly?
So on the off-chance we get new Bee & PuppyCat or Bravest Warriors stuff (either new shows or merch), expect Toho to have some involvement.

The part that throws me off the most is that the Catbug spin-off is still in development, if I'm being honest.
Isn't that just a branding thing? I presume Frederator still owns it, considering the original web series is still available.
