Since Ako is from another world as well as city I would imagine she would use magic to travel back and fourth between her homeworld and Tokyo if that's allowed.

From my understanding of canon to the show she is from the only way that Major Land effects the Earth is if a fairy or someone else powerful enough sings a song specifically made to effect things magically. My character isn't strong enough for that though and as of the end of her series the only villains powerful enough to do so have been destroyed.

I honestly totally would, but, um, it's been a little while since I've watched or read CCS. Which isn't that big of a problem, it's more that I can only have two characters and it'd be difficult to involve Tomoyo in everything once stuff gets going. Unless she became a magical girl somehow but yeah, don't think that really fits her. Well, it could I guess, but still.
Also have other ideas for my second character.

...while writing my post, I remembered that I forgot to mention in the SU that Petra is the daughter of a wealthy noble family from Denmark, since there was no Background-slot in the sheet.
...oh well, now you know.

... So now I have three ideas for a second character without having even figured out how to introduce my first. Though, um, to be fair to myself, at least that's because I'm waiting on someone else to post first, eh-heh. ^^;

I don't know CCS, but I think Signum and the whole Book-case can be made to work. Subaru as well; it's a matter of mostly changing the back-story to include less extraterrestrials and more, say, Mad Science, Mad Magic, and the like.

Aliens as in 'people not from earth', not 'little green men with big eyes'. And, well, a backstory like the Book has kinda does not fit this RP, because it needs all of that Ancient Belka stuff.
Subaru, OTOH, is just a matter of Hand Waving her abilities.
