After the deprecation of stock phrases, I've been trying to morph Never Send An X To Do A Ys Job to refer to the situation that prompts such a phrase. I ran into a pile of Zero Context Examples and brought them up on the trope's discussion page. Larkmarn recommended that I bring it to Shorties. I see two steps toward digging out the trope buried in this phrase:

  1. Someone familiar with each work explains why character Y was more appropriate for the task than character X in each case.
  2. Delete the remaining ZC Es.

Can't this be taken care of in the Long Term: Fixing Zero Context Examples thread?

Yeah, and it's been taken care of. Requesting lock.
