Then perhaps I should drop the third NP and buff his bow?

Honestly, you need to drop the chariot and any riding stuff entirely. He'd be one of those Servants who can be summoned as multiple classes if anything.

Low-ranked Riding. Crazy driving is not good driving.

Yes. Low-ranked riding would fit best for what you want here. Riding is also present in other classes as a personal skill for individual Servants. It would be a pretty low rank in riding, though.

Well, if I can get to a computer to write a sign up, I'll make a master, at least.

Due to not being able to predict the strength of the Servants that're going to be available, this bio is split into three time-periods. They're all going to be clearly indicated, don't worry. [lol]

  • Name: Celestine Baines, № 3: Yellow.
  • Age:
    • № 1: 19
    • № 2: 21
    • № 3: 24
  • Gender: Female
  • Description Appearance: She normally wears her hair down... for some reason, she gets the feeling some people in the Mage's Association give her weird looks if it's tied up.
  • Personality:
    • All: Celestine's motive for being in the war is to prove that her father did not sacrifice his life for nothing, and winning the Grail War is merely an achievement with no accompanying wish. Should she actually win it... well, there's handing it over to the Mage's Association to do with it what they wish, or contacting the Einzbern.
    • № 1: Insecure, easily frightened, and lacking any combat experience; the earliest incarnation of Celestine is driven entirely through a desire to prove her father and does not, in fact, possess much of the necessary mindset to win. Easily cowed and averse to fighting, she relies largely on being a battery for her Servant's capabilities.
    • № 2: With more experience, this version of Celestine is fully capable of supporting her Servant without shaking in fear—but threat to herself will lead to an immediate retreat. Though she seems confident from an external view, she's still very insecure about her true capabilities and is unwilling to test them. Nevertheless, when push comes to shove, she will put them into use.
    • № 3: The most confident, and no longer wet behind the ears where combat is concerned, this version of Celestine is more apt to treat her Servant as backup than as the primary fighter. Consequently, this can lead to over-confidence, where only direct injury will get her to retreat—even against a foe that would logically outmatch her, where sheer power can never overcome the huge gulf in skill. Has forgotten the meaning of 'surrender'.
  • Abilities:
    • All: Due to her father's intense efforts before her death, and considerable work even as he lay dying, Celestine is quite likely the only mage in the entire world to not possess any Magic Circuits at all. No, she goes one better: Mana Core. Due to the sheer raw power at her disposal, she has no particular elemental affinity, and registers as an Average One.
    • № 1: Unskilled, with barely any knowledge of proper magecraft, this version of Celestine can just about manage Reinforcement, and summon a shaky indeterminate mass through raw power. No spells, no detailed projection—just objects that are better considered as oversized blobs to use as shields. She's barely done any research before coming to the War, and isn't entirely sure how Servants work.
    • № 2: With more experience under her belt, this version knows how to shape her blobs into a more effective shield, and has the additional benefit of having begun to develop a spell that could one day make an effective cannon—as it stands, its range is limited, its casting time extreme, and its power inferior to any one of Medea's lasers.
    • № 3: Has discovered Prana Burst and completed her cannon. Its progress can be measured by the spectre of the dragon it creates behind her—if completely cast, it seems as if a Divine Beast from the Age of Gods has been summoned to lay waste to her enemies. Though potent, it has changed from a magical blast to something more akin to dragonfire, and whilst it can effectively burn through anything incapable of resisting all magic, it drains Celestine utterly. Unknown to her, it is effectively a horizontal Excalibur.
Though she fights in melee, her reliance on power makes her incapable of taking on the Knight Classes in a straight fight.
      Origin: Determination.
  • Bio:
    • All: The daughter of two declining families of magi, Celestine's father was desperate to not lose the thing that had defined his family name for the past millennium—and was willing to put himself completely in harm's way to do it. Through insane effort, he managed to both research the Factor of the Dragon and, despite his own lack of sheer power, grant it to his unborn daughter. Whatever he did, it was far too dangerous for someone like himself, and he finally succumbed to his injuries hours after her birth.
Celestine's primary teacher, therefore, was a magus with no natural aptitude for the craft and a surprising interest in modern technology, majorly stunting her growth—until, after finishing her education, her mother finally relented and allowed her to contact the Mage's Association.
    • № 1: With little magical education on her side, the Association has thrust her straight into this new war as a representative, expecting her to prove herself by, at the least, surviving through to its conclusion.
    • № 2: After substantially more training, along with time for research, Celestine volunteered herself for the war, and has duly prepared for it, including investigating the previous wars. Consequently, she is more knowledgeable than her younger counterpart, if not substantially more experienced.
    • № 3: Now completely finished with her education, and only concerned with bettering herself, this version of Celestine, for a time, accompanied some of the Enforcers—accompanied in name only; merely that her title made it rather unlikely anyone would acknowledge her as becoming one. Though with a far greater knowledge of magecraft and thaumaturgical principles, she refrains from its use as slow and inefficient in any circumstance that she would care to name.
Sheer physical might and various scales of magical flame are sufficient for her purposes.
  • Assets:
    • All: Enough money to see her through the war, even with substantial food consumption.
    • № 3: A pair of Mystical Codes. One is a gem-studded chainsaw, magically powered and with the very chains coated in diamond. Aside from vast reinforcement, she can command it to vent stored power in addition to boosting its destructive potential with prana burst. The result is a melee version of her 'cannon' spell. The other? A silvered chain to restrict enemy movement, though actually controlling it requires concentration.
The concentration is well worth it in her opinion: chains are far more flexible than people.

Master

  • Name: Hakuno Kishinami
  • Age: 16
  • Gender: Female
  • Description: "This story about a virtual world and some war is surprisingly fanservicey..."
  • Personality: A friendly girl who tries to be ruthless for the sake of winning the war, but her first instinct is to team up with other Master's instead. While afraid for herself, she's conflicted over the possibility that she could be the only one fighting for a selfish wish, but is too afraid to back down due to her illness.
  • Abilities:
    • Invoked Censor - Her lineage specialises in not being seen. Not to the extremes of an Assassin, but more like appearing 'generic'. She's the type of girl you'd barely notice and completely forget about a few seconds later. Obviously, while this effect is enhanced in a large crowd, if she's alone, or you happen to know her face well enough, it's not quite so effective.
  • Bio: A young girl with a disease that affects her memories - currently untreatable*, but still in its early stages. Much of her early memories have been forgotten or clouded, and over time, will affect all her memories and other brain functions. Obviously, she wants to fix this, and the Holy Grail is her best chance. She visits the hospital very regularly to monitor this condition.
  • Assets: Modest wealth, and... that's it, really.

Servant
If I can come up with an Assassin, I'll switch. for now... have a spare Lancer.

  • Class: Lancer
  • Master:
  • True Name: Guan Yu
  • Gender: Male
  • Height/Weight:
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Appearance: The beard is officially recognised as unbelievably awesome.
  • Personality: A powerful, but kind warrior who values loyalty and righteousness above all else. Guan Yu is willing to fight for the weak and opressed. He strives to repay his debts, even if it would mean freeing an enemy who previously showed kindness in the past. Treachery is something that he will not stand for, and something that is quick to anger him. Trickery is also not something he's particularly fond of.
  • Stats:
    • Strength: B
    • Endurance: A
    • Agility: E
    • Magical Energy: E
    • Luck: D
    • Noble Phantasm: C
  • Class Abilities:
    • Magic Resistance: E
    • Battle Continuation: A
  • Skills:
    • Charisma: A
    • Divinity: C
    • Military Tactics: C
  • Noble Phantasms:
    • Green Dragon Crescent Blade: C. Anti-Unit. The guandao used by Guan Yu during the three kingdoms era. Rumoured to have been forged with the body of a green dragon. Guan Yu has a limited capability of controlling air currents, manifested in the form of launching surrounding enemies into the air with a single swing, or releasing a crushing blast of air when thrust towards an enemy.
  • Misc: Voiced by Crispin Freeman.

Class:Lancer

Master: TBD

True Name: Saito Musashibō Benkei

Gender: MANLY

Alignment: Lawful Good

Appearance: Not exactly an ugly demon face.

Personality: Benkei is defined first and foremost by his utter sense of loyalty. If his Master is a person he finds worthy of obeying, then he'll follow them to the ends of the earth and take on anything in existence to protect them and achieve their goals. Also, despite his hulking nature he is technically a holy man capable of surprising intelligence and kindness.

Stats: (From E to A+, E being the worst, A+ being the highest)

Strength: B

Endurance: B

Agility: A

Magical Energy: D

Luck:E

Noble Phantasm: B

Class Abilities

Magic Resistance: C

Skills

Battle Continuation: A+

Bravery: A

Divinity C: Some legends say that Benkei was the son of a temple god.

Noble Phantasms: Bridge Blade Naginata—999 Disarmed Samurai Benkei's Lance carries with with it the trait of Counter-Offense. Whenever an attack commences, the lance's name can be invoked. This causes it to place and attack in the timeline prior to the target's own attack, dealing damage and disrupting their offense. It is unlikely to do lethal damage, but it will do more damage the lower the target's luck stat is. If the target is not a Servant, it is very likely to be lethal." Rank B (Anti-Unit)

Um. Oh, where to even start with this...

To begin with, I picked Ciel as the Grail War's Overseer because it made sense, and I am intending on not defining what route took place in this universe there, either. I really didn't plan for any other Tsukihime characters to show up, and especially not Tohno Shiki. Um, to put it simply, I have no real idea why he's in America and in a Grail War at all. On top of this, he's Tohno Shiki. Even if his MEoDP kind of are terrible when compared with Ryougi's MEoDP, they're still the MEoDP. I can't accept him as a Master.

As for Paris, um... well, if you need to genderbend a figure for... whatever reason, I really want it to make sense. For example, with Faust, I went through a lot making sure her being female and a child made sense. You could also pick a figure that it's easy to excuse. Achilles, for example, was very effeminate to the point of being indistinguishable from a girl when dressed as one.. It's not too much of a stretch, if you so choose, to make Achilles female. But Paris? Paris here really doesn't have much of an explanation or basis for being female.

I don't think I can think of much to say about her stats or her skills... but her Noble Phantasms? Well, firstly, the only blessing she'd be able to attain at all would be Aphrodite's. And that's bad enough, because A+ Mystic Face is basically everyone who looks at her instantly falls in love with her unless they have high enough Magic Resistance. As for her bow, well... honestly, it'd make a lot more sense if this was what was god-guided. The shot that Paris made which killed Achilles was guided by Apollo. As it stands, um... why does it kill anything in two shots?

There's... really not much acceptable there at all.

On a different note, I'm reopening the main Archer slot, since the first applicant for Archer seems to have vanished.

I'm very, very sketchy on that, given that the only example in canon is Bazett. I'm also fairly certain that Bazett can only do it because of her lineage.

If I did let you have it, what would it be?

To start with, a modern magus should not have eyebeams on level with a Noble Phantasm. Also, I have no idea why Richard Lionheart is Riesbyfe.

I'll look it over more carefully and edit with anything else.

Edit: My other biggest problem is Archer's second NP. I really don't like the Anti-Fortress damage reflection aspect at all. Anti-Fortress NP's are called that for a reason. I'm still looking things over and will edit if I think of anything else to comment on.
