Because I've watching animation for too long.

I think the last L-A show I watched was Reaper.

I always hear complaints about animation, majority how bad it has become. What about Live-Action material?

Yep, I'm still here.

[up] But only on TV. It's terrible in weekly instalments half the time. Certainly worth checking out if you're interested in the Zeitgeist.

In terms of good television, I'd suggest the UK version of Being Human*

, Six Feet Under*, Hannibal*, Deadwood*, Farscape *, The Wire *, Carnivale *, Cracker, *, Breaking Bad*, Mad Men*, or Caprica which together comprise my top ten list for best television seasons of all time. Despite there being eleven of them.

It's also worth your time checking out anything by Bryan Fuller or Joss Whedon, particularly Wonderfalls or Firefly, which are largely self-contained short seasons of cancelled shows, to which I'd also add Freaks And Geeks. In The Flesh, Ultraviolet, Jeckyll, Mildred Pierce, Psychoville, or The Lakes for excelled mini-series. Of course, Doctor Who, Sherlock and recent Canadian series Orphan Black get special mention for being big in the Zeitgeist right now while also being generally quite good.

Special mention to the shows Battlestar Galactica, Lost, The Shield The X-Files*

and Veronica Mars, which don't have any seasons that place in my top ten, but produced more than half decent content all the way through. And of course, Pushing Daisies, Angel, Buffy and Dollhouse, which I mentioned above.

In terms of comedies, it's worth checking out Arrested Development, Better Off Ted, Black Books, The League Of Gentlemen, Bottom, The Mighty Boosh, The IT Crowd and early three seasons of Community.

So now you have some stuff.

Those are some interesting choices. I also was thinking of checking "Just Shoot Me," "Student Bodies," and "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." I have access to Netflix. There's also Hulu.

So, are there any Eastern(Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, Russia) Shows I show take a look at?

Yep, I'm still here.

Shouldn't this be in the Recommendations subforum?

My current shows I won't miss are Sherlock (not exactly a surprise, I know), White Collar and Grimm. One show of the last years which I can recommend from start to finish is Leverage.
