Given Mastema, Mem Aleph's appearance as a statue, Demiurge appearing as a secret boss again, the Black Samurai's Jack Squad Demonica, and the equippable Demonica armors, are we sure this isn't a Strange Journey follow up?

Oh, I hope so. It'd be lovely if we got to smack Mastema in his stupid smug face.

Wait wait wait, Mastema gives a mission to hunt down two of the Four Archangels...and a mission on Law has you hunting down Mastema?

Has Mastema changed sides? Maybe become a free agent?

What is Mastema's role in the main story anyway?

He's still a Law guy. He helps you out during the story and Jonathan is mesmerized by him.

Remember that Merkabah wants to purge everyone who has been in Tokyo. That would include Mastema.

Hey guys, I heard SMT IV can detect an Etrian Odyssey IV save and give you bonuses for it. Any truth to that?

I'm not sure how it could, since the 3DS uses cartridges.

Hrm... Didn't think of that...

Although, the data I'm referring to (the guild card) is saved to the SD card...

There's a mission that has Flynn fight all Four Riders at the same time.

Does anyone knows by now what is the Game`s neutral ending and how to obtain it? Does it even have one?

We were discussing it earlier. We don't know what it is, yet, but you have to do more than just "be Neutral aligned" to get it. Masakado is involved.

A guy playing it on /smtg/ got the Neutral ending several days ago. I'm not gonna spoil it, I'll leave it for you guys to learn more after the game comes out.

The final boss I can tell you is both Merkabah and Lucifer. Not at the same time of course.

Ah, so it's SMTI style, where you go beat up one, then go beat up the other.

...I was actually expecting a new final boss for some reason.

Considering Merkabah needs all Four Archangels and two of them can be killed in a DLC quest, I'm not going to be surprised if we get a new boss that way.

Also, /smtg/ revealed that Izanami is available as a level 69 demon in the Desert world after you do a quest.

Oooh, Izanami. I take it she uses the NINE design?

Because that's the only one she has that is in sprite form.

She's a special fusion as well.

Also I found out that White Man K gives you money during the fight against him. Kinda weird considering you're trying to kill him.

Didn't expect Priest Guy to be there. In fact, I thought he was one of the Archangels, since Gabriel was his aide and all.

Giant Masakado actually looks pretty cool.

Hugo has the most annoying and slimiest voice and what was seen of him before the game came out had him talk about God. It's seem they actually did decide to put in some red herrings.

Hope and Hugo can be talked to in the Chaos ending and I heard you can go around the city and talk to people/demons before restoring Masakado to full power.
