Graphics are highly detailed but draw distance is player-dependent. Morality meters are practically non-existent even though there's supposedly one. XP/Level tracking is very rudimentary. Player stats at the beginning are random, spawn points are random. There are also random PvE sometimes.

What do you think wearing spectacles, false teeth, limb prosthesis, wigs, and having artificial lungs, hearts, kidneys and so on classifies you as?
Because all of that stuff, and others I haven't thought of, makes you a cyborg if you employ it.
It's also pretty amazing the amount of work they put on the minigames. Hell, there's some people that make a living (and a great one, too) out of nothing but them.
