MtF Characters

Does anyone know any good anime/manga with: a) a Mt F main character, b) a Mtf love interest or c) both

Hm? I'm pretty sure the Major was born female, though they joke about her being masculine.

There's Steins Gate, sort of. One of the supporting characters is MtF and in the visual novel a romantic option through shenanigans. I've also heard good thing about Wandering Son, but it's not to my taste so I haven't read it myself.

Wandering Son has at least two Mt F characters, one of which is a lead. Gravitation also has a Mt F supporting character who's transitioning.
