I also like the Fight Club episode. Anyway, it's a great show. I still need to show my sister the ending sometime.
The Fight Club episode is the part where I started to really be interested in how the story was going to develop. I really loved how the Mankanshokus became more and more well-dessed as they became more evil and, in the end, they became naked as soon as they turned back to good.
I was interested in that fact that Satsuki approved of Mako giving up her power and status for the sake of Ryuko.
And calling out her family. That was cool too.
The Mankanshoku were never good. Dr. Mankanshoku kills his patients. Boy Mankanshoku is a violent hoodlum. And who knows what Lady Mankanshoku puts in her mystery croquettes.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that."Not villains". Better?
Oh, come on, they do all these things in comedy scenes. He kills patients, but he doesn't kill them seriously! I'm sure the patients themselves have a good laugh about it!
Everybody knows comedy scenes don't count when it's time to judge a character's morality.

That's why Bojack Horseman is such a good show. All the Comedic Sociopathy is played dead straight.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. It's an aside, but I really enjoy the use of Non-standard character designs in KLK.
I sure said that!Indeed. Even the standard character designs are exaggerated and distorted for comedic effect. I am not an animator so I do not know technical term for this.

"Eratoeir is a Gangsta."I feel the exact same way about the animation. What it lacked in fluidity, it made up for in composition, editing, and all around innovation.

I don't like most of Digibro's stuff, but occasionally he puts out a GREAT video like this!
I feel the need to gush about this opening in the most vulgar manner possible:
I mean, this part and this part are just too f'cking cool. The T&A fanservice is fantastic of course, but the animation is just bloody amazing, no pun intended. And there's something about the final part where the singer just goes "Eyyyyy... yeaaaah. Eyyyyy yeeeaaaah! "
I've no idea if it's supposed to mean anything else symbolically other than Ryuko and Satsuki being "possessed" by Senketsu and Junketz but damn does it make the opening memorable.
As soon as I finish Seven Deadly Sins and re-watch Panty & Stocking, I might rewatch this
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I have every intention to rewatch Kill la Kill someday.
...Just like I plan to actually get to the second half of Ufotable Blade Works.
...And watch Code Geass.
...And Gundam 00...
...I'm bad at anime backlogging.
You should download it off iTunes. yea, it's a pretty great song for the series.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Canipa Effect is better as an animation spotlight person.
Watch Symphogear...
I'm finally here. It took me 4 damn years, but...
Episode 1 down.
It's gonna be a hell of a night.

One Strip! One Strip! It's quite the ride.
Hope you have fun!
I sure said that!Liveblog it, if you can.
Not really much of a blogger (been meaning to try though) but I'll keep you all updated as I go through it.
One Strip! One Strip!Huh, I thought you saw this already.
Nope. Just knew of it, but never actually watched it all this time.
Episode 2 down...
Wow. That teacher is crazy. And Ryuko sure doesn't get cut any slack does she? Seems like she's got a new obstacle to deal with every second.
I've seen her compared to Ragna the Blood Edge in terms of luck, and from what I've seen (and what I've heard) this is only the beginning.
Mako is crazy. I'm baffled as to what goes through her head, but I'm pretty sure it's as solid as a light breeze.
One Strip! One Strip! You've seriously waited until now to watch this awesome show? For shame.
And yes, it is indeed awesome, and I look forward to seeing more of your reactions to it. Also, yes, the parallels between Ryuko and Ragna only get more and more obvious as the story progresses.
She gets bodied a lot huh?
Edit: FUCKING AUTOCORRECT!!!!!

Episode 3:
And now, they properly put on clothes by getting naked.
...wait a minute....
One Strip! One Strip!
I wouldn't say that everyone as a whole was unhappy about the ending of Bleach. The consensus was that some people really hated it either for good reasons or dumb reasons, and others really liked some parts of the ending but were willing to admit there were a lot of problems.
