I remember someone mentioning this in the "Manga you follow" thread a while back, but this was actually the first time I read through it. Before we start though, have to give fair warning — while this is listed as a comedy, there's a fair bit of service involved (pantyshots, nudeness, very AMPLE bosoms not held back by silly things like bras), doubly so when it involves an extremely overdeveloped 11-year-old...

coughs

Meet Yamada Ichirou, your average potato, I mean, tongue-tied teenager. He has a crush on class idol Fujisaki Shiori (Tomimeki Memorial reference so early!), who happens to live in the same neighborhood, and for the longest time, he's been planning on confessing to her during that brief stretch on the way to school where she's alone... Except because he IS tongue-tied, this only makes it seems like he's stalking her.

Given his situation, complications aren't very welcome. However this is a comedy, so it's EXACTLY what he gets, in the form of some new neighbors: an Absurdly Youthful Mother who works at a cabaret (it's more than hinted that she really IS that young, which leads to some unfortunate implications...), and her absurdly physically developed 11-year old daughter Moe (yes that's her name).

Thing is, Moe still has the mind of a girl her age with leads to a whole lot of mis-understandings, especially once Shiori finds out about it. All of a sudden, being mistaken for a stalker is the least of his concerns.

If you get past the idea of the stacked loli, the series is a surprisingly fun read. Just don't expect anything deep, and you'll do fine. Reminds me of some of the earlier parts of Countrouble actually, minus the magic.
