It's been a while since I played the game, so I don't remember if N counts as a Straw Hypocrite, but Team Plasma as a whole definitely does, and the "Using Pokemon is wrong" argument is definitely set up to be knocked down.

Not to mention N was the only well-intentioned person out of Team Plasma and he's clearly no strawman.

I'm the guy who put it up, and while I agree what Terror Face is saying, the fact that the image pretty much fits what the trope is trying to say kind of tells me to go for Keep Until A Better Image Is Found.

A:Anti-villains don't count as strawmen.
B:The creators want you to sympathise with him.
and C:He never comes off as a caricature and his character is actually pretty realistic.
