I want to make a forum-based RP, but I can't choose between an RP forum or an RP on a forum.
RP Forum
Pros: More massive world, exploration of setting, creates more of a community.
Cons: I have no experience in being a mod, much less making one, don't know who to mod, having to make an entire account to join may ward off some people, may be uneasy after a certain plot point is reached (I think I can make it work).
RP thread
Pros: Easier to manage and join, more of a plot.
Cons: Less "setting" (more liner, not much exploration of setting), hard to make a community with just one OOC thread.
I kind of had a conflict between using a game system or not, but I think I should go systemless. I can tell you about the setting, if it helps.
