When I was a lad, I remember seeing a Movie on Cartoon Network, about a Man in a top hat and mustache, with a shape shifting bear that wore glasses, trying to save a princess from some evil guy, with a scene of them in the real world, in the style of "The Hungry Caterpiller". For a long time, I couldn't remember any specifics to it, nor could anyone tell me it was real. So, I thought I made it up in a dream, and then planned on making it a reality. However, I then came across this:

The first part, at around 0:20 seconds, I found the movie I was always talking about! I don't know anything about the film except for what I've said, but I just proved myself right that this film does exist! Does anyone know the name of it? I would love to watch it again! I'd really appreciate it.
