I was poking around Skype like on, Saturday or Sunday, and Parable mentioned he was working on a post. He's probably just been busy.
Which got deleted when my computer decided to restart during an update.
I was also hoping Magda and Maya would do something besides besides the victory poses I've been imagining them doing for the last two weeks. Guys! Talk to each other at least.
Nman, Ashley's coming with Erica to get food, right?

Written in Word and copied over. ARE YOU HAPPPY NMAN!?
YES I AM HAPPY
/2 weeks too late
Wryte, Tammy!
I have no idea what you're talking about, Nman.
What matters in this life is much more than winning for ourselves. What really matters is helping others win, too. - F. Rogers. Why, Ike! Whatever do you mean?
Darn, that would have been perfect if Nman was playing Eisenhower.
With that, she lunged for the other girl's gun-arm with her spear with an manic grin on her face.
Just want to say that the contrast between these two is highly amusing.
So I finished Kill La Kill this morning.
What matters in this life is much more than winning for ourselves. What really matters is helping others win, too. - F. Rogers.I am afraid to watch it after hearing my friends go on and on about it.
I wasn't really expecting to like it, but it surprised me. It's basically Gurren Lagann as a magical girl show, and not just in terms of the art and animation style (in fact, I think I might have liked KLK more than TTGL). It's probably not cracking into my Top 5 Anime of All Time List (if I were the type to actually make one), but I enjoyed it and I'm glad I watched it.
It's nothing revolutionary or awe-inspiring. It treads a lot of familiar tropes, especially ones for shonen action anime, but like TTGL it treads them joyously and sincerely, and does get in the occasional subversion. It's never embarrassed to be what it is, which now that I come to say that, makes it all the more appropriate that the main character having to get over her embarrassment about wearing her stripperiffic outfit is an early plot point. So yeah, it's not going to blow your fucking mind, but it's still a lot of fun.

Incestuous lesbian fingerbanging, even!
Actually, I just posted a review.
Also, perhaps I should have specified this, but Giz was hitting Hannahtwo toward the ducking girl, Nman.

What matters in this life is much more than winning for ourselves. What really matters is helping others win, too. - F. Rogers.I just realized that he stopped posting not just here but at all anywhere on the site in January.
Also, Wryte, look! You got an honorable mention as a shining example of character writing. "A Beautifully Written Annoyed Leader-Dude".
I saw him pop on on Skype for a few minutes the other day, but didn't get a chance to say heya.
The funny thing is, Giz could be seen as a female Jaedong. XD
What matters in this life is much more than winning for ourselves. What really matters is helping others win, too. - F. Rogers.Except she actually wants to impress her superiors before deciding to defect.
So it's not a 1 to 1 comparison. :P
