Watched story playthrough. Eh, my fan theory was better. Ballas, while impressively written and acted, was far less than I hoped and ultimately went out like a bitch. And reason for tenno ability to control warframes is some random shonen bullcrap. On the other hand cliffhanger was ominous, which I liked. Let's hope next quest (which I'll probably watch like this one) will have Lotus and Ballas front and center leaving whatever his name was out of picture.
I'm not completely convinced That Ballas is out of the picture yet. Natah did take him away, and he was on the Sentient's side in the first place.
I thought it was enjoyable, but lacked the punch of some of the earlier quests. That the Warframes are Infested was pretty heavily foreshadowed for a while now, so it wasn't much of a twist. Although the implication that they were a different, more controlled strain, is kind of interesting. And to be honest, after like 90% of the revelations in past quests being "This thing is much more awful than you thought", I'm inclined to be generous to one that implies kindness.
Actually, what interested me most was that the "morality" system of the game doesn't really seem to be tied to morality at all, the more choices they bring in. I'm interested to see what that eventually ties into.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.Steve said in his Twitter that it's supposed to be more "Ying and Yang" and less "evil and good". Most of the theories I've read on Reddit say that Sun is passionate and empathic while Moon is emotionless and logical.
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the groundAt least now we know that Warframes do actually have eyes.
And that possibly, every single Warframe was once a person who got infested and then shaped into a Warframe. This makes the Rhino entry about it going berserk make sense
Inter arma enim silent legesI wouldn't say 'possibly'. Other than directly saying "Yes, every single one of them was someone who was deliberately infested" it couldn't be any clearer.
Yeah the entirety of the sacrifice is just turning implications already there into neon size 90 text.
"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"Suddenly the forums are active again. Lel.
While Umbra is nice and all, is it going to be one off or is he supposed to be the first of many? Because the Umbral and Sacrifice mods, while great, are only efficient in the umbra weapons/frames. Unless you want to reforma every other weapon you have around the mods. End even then, you still won't have enough modcaps.
The AI mode when you go operator is nice.
spoiler tags until its out on console, please.
"You can reply to this Message!"So decided to spoil myself of the Sacrifice (because me actually getting there is going to take a long while)...if Ballas is giving Hunhow the location of Reservoir, why does Hunhow have to trick Lotus into interfacing with him for the location in The Second Dream?
Give me cute or give me...something?The simplest explanation is that Natah got to the Reservoir using Ballas' coordinates, but when she turned into the Lotus she moved it somewhere else.
The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground^ Yeah, after a bit of consideration I came to conclusion that Ballas told Hunhow about the Reservoir, but since Lotus moved the Moon into the Void Hunhow has no idea where it is inside the Void, thus that gambit.
Give me cute or give me...something?Took a look at my foundry and, look at that, I can build excess Braton, Tigris, Akstiletto, Vasto and Galatine Primes. And tons of expendable parts - I don't really spend many ducats. Maybe someone has Sybaris Barrel, Ballistica String, Silva & Aegis Guard, Namu Skyla parts or maybe even something from never Primes?
I can check later for you, but as a rule of thumb, prime scraps stays in my inventory 2 weeks top.
And I purchases another Riven, this time a 110 Crit damage and change for my Lenz.
I Kinda replaced the Primed Frost Damage mod with it, but that bow is making such stupidly insane amounts of damage now I don't even miss the extra freeze damage.
On the other hand, I burned up all the Plat I had, only 63 plat left on my account.
Inter arma enim silent legesWell, at least now I can say that Warframe's new UI is not the worst redesign I've ever seen. Yay?
Don't give in immediate knee-jerk react. Nothing is worse than Warframe UI.
Hoo man, I've been busy in Warframe. I finally got around to finishing The War Within but I am not so willing to continue onwards, so I settled with kuva farming. Lots and lots of kuva farming. I'm a kuva maniac. I keep rolling this one tiberon riven my clan general gave me for my bday weeks ago, so it doesn't go to waste.
I will get my perfect godtier riven even if I have to roll it 1000 times or so.
Galatine Prime is ridiculous with right build. I did this: Primed Reach, Blood Rush, True Steel, Body Count, Berserker, Organ Shatter and Fury, with Cleaving Whirlwind for stance.
I needed an alternative to the spin 2 win Scoliac I have (even after nerf, still do plenty of spinning).
If any of you wanna kuva farm, I'm willing to join or you can join me, doesn't matter.
Oh yeah, ever since I started doing sorties... rewards weren't the best I could get. Affinity Booster, Anasa Sculpture, Affinity Booster, 4000 Endo, Affinity Booster and for my 6th sortie, a Pistol Riven Mod... that turned out to be a trash Hikou riven. Gave it to a clan member, maybe he can make use of it.

Don't sleep on Hikou. Scary fire rate, add the right damage mods and it melts things.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117I just found out about One Prod Man.
Ya dun good, Marc.
but HOW?And my quest for the Ak Lex is over.
Now I got use for the Riven I got for it.
Inter arma enim silent legesThanks, sometimes I do stuff and it happens to be funny.
Unrelated; I'm feeling as though I should use the Umbral mods, after spending so much on them.
At the moment I've come up with a decent candidate for an Umbral build: Harrow. His support-oriented kit is not overly reliant on a ton of great stats, so I think I can pull off an Umbral build on him, with all three mods and some low capacity mods on the other slots.I'm about three forma away from completion (it would be two, if I didn't get a moment of confusion and forma the wrong polarity...).
Build the Pyrana Prime, its a fun gun.
Especially when it procs.
Especially when it procs on Harrow with 2nd ability on :D

"You can reply to this Message!"Not sure how I feel about The Sacrifice, other than my god I need more endo. Also realized I really need to farm for stances.
Edited by SpartanA118 on Jul 3rd 2018 at 1:35:38 PM
AJ here :DThe uncommon stance is actually my favorite, though if you want to abuse Skiajati's passive you'll need one of the rares, it's got a built in finisher combo.

"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"
The Sacrifice ruined me as far as Endo is concerned. 195k endo down the drain, I'm out of Anasa and amber stars, I only have 4,7 million credits left.
On the bright side, I didn't consume my Legendary core nor did I convert most of my duplicate mods into endo, so I'm not completely ruined yet. I do have a new and sudden appreciation for Ayatan Anasa sculptures tho.
