I dunno, I played it for so long I don't know what I like anymore.

I'll tell you that I rather like crafting Zaws, but that's fairly new so they didn't exactly hook me in.

Well, it is a free to play. As a matter of fact, making you buy stuff isn't the only goal of grinding, it's a way to make sure that even people who do buy stuff have people to play the game with them. Without a carrot to incite players, we would lose a large part of the playerbase.

That sounds egregious. Are your officials not keeping an eye on the chat? They have ban authority over the alliance or clan chats.

Likes and dislikes? I won't go in details because fuck it - there has been so much content, if I wanted to make full list of my likes and dislikes, I'd spend enought time here to finish with arrival of Update 24. So very basic list:

I like DE's inspired, artistic vision and dedication to achieve this vision. They are like that kid who excels at arts and similar studies.

I dislike DE's inability to instill order in their vision, to polish game mechanics, their lack of decisiveness in fixing know issues. They are like that kid who sucks at exact studies.

I like art style. Grineer and corpus have the best mook designs I have ever seen. Tenno designs are also excellent for the most part.

I dislike infested designs. While they are plenty mangled, there is almost no viscera. Even with tar-puddles, vomiting and ever piling corpses everything feels dry, stiff and somewhat plastic. Some warframes and weapons also feel fairly uninspired or in search for identity.

I like character writing. I know very little about these people, but I do know them.

I dislike writing in general. There are also some annoying and/or overused characters. coughhekcough

As for grinding, I'd like to make shure that you know: all things gameplay relevant can be earned without real money. You probably know it after a month - just making sure because game itself doesn't do much to dissude such impression.

Good point there. I like how they managed to lure in so many, me included. I actually had absolute zero interest back then. First heard of Warframe somewhere early-mid 2014. I thought it looked incredibly stupid and just yet another forgettable free to play mmo nonsense. Happy to be wrong! Most of the time, that is.

Ok, I exaggerated and were dishonest. Yeah I got into scuffles... but got them sorted out. No apologies or forgiveness. I unignored the... unpleasant, to mildly put, individuals. They won't seek retribution or anything. I just mostly stay away from alliance chat. The alliance chat is that we have is part of the...alliance, that our clan is part of. 40 allied clans iirc, that share loot every week or so. No chat officials or anything for general alliance chat. Clan chats themselves are regulated well, tho. The discord server I'm part of can get weird at times, but it's nice enough place.

I do want to dabble in trading tho soon. I need more frame slots and weapon slots. I sold my Skana, Lato, Aklato and Braton to make space for more. I currently have Excal (starter frame), Oberon and Rhino. I really need to get to using my lith, meso, neo and axi relics lol.

Prime parts get some plat, but not enough. Riven mods? Depends... some are 100-200 plat. Some can go for over 1000. Woooooow. If you roll or unroll rivens... I'd rather see it on my own when the time comes.

You get rewards every 50 days and if you check the wiki, there’s a list that shows what you can get. I’m roughly around 400-450 days in. Thankfully, the days are cumulative and not consecutive.

This is a thing:

Sonic Grinder Banshee Prime with Eidolon Focus Lens assembled and taken out for a spin.

80k Focus for 8 rounds, though energy is getting a concern in the later rounds.

Also, got a Khora BP so only the Systems missing

The Warframe song was a request Mo S fans have been making for a while.

Gavin was having some difficulty getting the lore to write a song for inspiration but I guess he managed to pull it from the main quests.

Today in the Dev Stream:

Shadow Stalker *shows up immediately*:"GUESS WHO BITCHES!"

I saw that too and it was freaking hilarious. I think one of them said it was Dan that caused it?

I also liked the other peculiar mod they showed, funny but subtle. Personally, I hope for a mod that affect death screams of enemies. Maybe the intensity or their "distance" from our point of hearing.

To be honest here when I first touch warframe for thirty minute I have to double check again if it really free. The game is that good from selection to mechanic to graphic. The only problem is the bloody grind but it F 2 P so I understand. And it have a mini open world so that is a plus.

Now only if the freakin grineer patrol stop bothering me and let me fish in peace it will be perfect but yes this is a great game 4.95 out 5 to be exact (0.05 deduct from those hell grinding for blueprint but that what the bazaar are for). Prepare to be addicted

Yeah those patrols are suicidally strict about Grineer fishing laws.

And mining law...seriously did does guys have nothing to do. After all the Grineer we have collective turn into a smear of blood. You would guess they would sent those patrol to anywhere else with, you know, thousand less Tenno a neighbourhood away. Those guys really have death wishes

Bought a cheap usb controller on impulse today, thought "Hey, with this, if I need a quick and easy alert I can do it from the couch instead of moving the laptop to the desk and the mouse"

II. Oh god why, maybe its because I'm unused to it but there's simply no fluidity to the gameplay on PC with it. Especially in melee.

I mean, I'm gonna do it for a cheap Nitain alert or something like that (not even gonna joke about doing sortie with it) but when I do, I'm gonna bring Ember or Banshee Prime.

Got back in grinding spirit after something of a break. Grinded plains for Gara. She's already cooking and letting me to turn my attention towards Harrow. RNG smiles at me yet again with second piece leaving me to grind only... oh, no... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. It's defection, the slowest, buggiest and underpopulated game mode systems which I surprisingly got in first try. Maybe Warframe boosts drop rates for returning players? I know some games employ this tactic to not scare returned with immediate negative experience. Time to test it with void fissured.

RNG can be weirdly kind on occasion. It took my friend, I guy that really really really wanted Harrow, something like dozens of tries to get the Defection piece. It took me only four, and the run I got it I was playing with only one other person while I had a dragon key on. Granted, we were both Bless Trins, but ouch ouch pain.

I'm making some progress trading. Few days ago I sold 35 out of 50 amber stars, 2 plat a pop. Reason why not 50... well... can trade 7 times in total, as is my current mr.

Then I sold some prime trash for 30 plat, and 7 ayatan sculptures for 80 plat. Feels good, I unlocked more weapon slots and more frame slots! Got my Zephyr and Frost Prime (won in a contest of sort last week or so). Heh. I can't wait to get a better melee weapon than Dex Dakra... Dex Dakra is good for early on but I need something MUCH better later on. I also want my very own Karak Wraith too.

Speaking of melee, you fellow tropers think Atterax is great? I'd like something like Nikana or Dragon Nikana or Nikana Prime one day. When I hit mr8, first prime I'll get is Lex Prime. Was fun using regular Lex (I even for the lulz slapped Suppress mod on it), but Lex Prime should be, uhh, more.

I also got cozy again with peeps at alliance chat. Had intriguing chat with this Shep guy. Of snipers, he highly recommended me to get Rubico, but I like my Vectis. Fast Hands mod is good, but I need Primed Fast Hands. I'd be reloading that thing every half a second or so, I think.

You should get Depleted Reload for your Vectis instead. It doesn't give as much of a bonus as Primed Fast Hands (48% compared to 55%), but it's a lot easier to acquire; it's a corrupted mod, which you get from vault runs in the Derelict.

It will reduce the clip size of a weapon you put it on, but that doesn't affect the normal Vectis at all, since its clip size is 1.

I love my vectis prime because even with the 2 round clip you don't even notice the reload, once you settle into a rhythm it's not a problem at all.

Welp, out of all the melee weapons I have, the sortie gives me a Melee Riven Mod for a Skana....
