I think Marc got what I said. On somewhat related note, am I the only one who can't memorize five step pattern?

Well I sort of am building Octavia as we speak, I figure that I know which puzzle does or doesn't give her part tongue The sentence I wrote is just ambiguous.

[up] I think the average person can memorize sequences with around 7 elements.

[up][up]It took me 2 weeks worth of spy missions until I got my Ivara parts.

Though I really wasn't lacking relics and spare parts after that.

[up]Equinox is really fun! The Peaceful Provocation augment in particular really helps her serve as support/CC frame, not that she isn't already pretty good at it.

4x[up]Oh God, I'm getting flashbacks just thinking of the grind for that frame... I got her first part within a couple of hours, and then nothing else would drop for like six months. RN Gesus was out for blood, man.

It is worth it though.

Ivara is so good for bow only sorties.

And Ivara with infiltrate is easy mode for Spy sorties. Honestly, I feel like I'm straight up cheating when I do that. But sortie spy vaults can be a bitch to do without cheesing them.

Corpus Spy is so easy it's funny — you don't need invisibility/laser bypass for that.. Invisibility/Infiltrate/Limbo make some Grineer vaults way easier, though.

I can do Corpus spy without cheesing it, but like occasionally lag or just bad timing on my part will screw it up. And in Sorties you don't really get second chances.

I've definitely had a couple of times being hit by a moving laser grid despite the actual visible lasers being like 5 feet away. I don't know if it was lag, or if a glitch caused the hitboxes to detach from the visual effects or what.

I've done so many spy missions the only time I even trigger the alarm is when I get a FPS drop so hard I miss the panel hack or hit a laser because of the slow as hell reaction time at 8fps.

@Kosjurake: never ever ever do Sortie Spy with pubs. Just... don't.

I only do sorties with pubs. Because I don't like waiting to put a proper team together. And most of the time it works out.

I always solo spy sorties, not only pups screw up the mission more often than not, but I also want that juicy affinity stealth kill bonus on high level enemies.

Aside some missions like defense or interception, most pups manage to be fairly decent.

The vast majority of pubs are alright, at least in my experience. Only ones I avoid are Spy missions. Somebody usually messes up and forces everyone to restart the mission, or they're so slow that I end up doing 2 or even all 3 vaults on my own anyway.

Honestly by that point I've done some many spies that I could probably do most of them with the eyes closed.

There's just Uranus, Lua and Kuva spies that still fuck with my mind because I never took the time to learn them inside out.

Today's devstream was actually quite informative.

  • New Warframe is already modeled, and we got a visual of it. A mi me bastante gusta.
    • New frame will be given by a Red Veil quest.
  • Oberon's rework is happening as we speak.
  • Tennocon preps are in full swing.
  • Ambulas is coming with a competitive event for his rework.

All around interesting I say.

Also, we got TWO gifts of the lotus, including a harder version loosely made from Design Council's vote.

I hadn't touched Europa Universalis 3 for bloody forever and, oh boy, is it blast. I modded ROTW tech groups to 100% efficiency and it made the game sooooooo much better. Before it was so slow to develop before westernization while after it's done game becomes a total stomp. Can't wait to redo conquest of India as western power. Talking about India, now they get fire pips so fast. Don't fuck with India! Oh, and I usually use country tags to name my save games - played Brunei for a while and saved it as BRU, but it turns out Brunei's tag is BEI while BRU refers to Brunswick. So I decided to try Brunswic and it's one of the best games I've had. My competitors all got super strong: France successfully absorbed all its vassals and beat up Burgundy, Aragorn absorbed Castille and formed Spain, Austria went apeshit on colonizing nomads till modern day Ukraine where it was cut off by russians. And boy, was war with Habsburgs tough. And now that it's over, Sweden attacked Norway, my union subject. And they dragged in France. Holy shit, another tough fight on plate.

So, am I the only one who gets carried away by other stuff after spending 400 plat on boosters?

I bought a 7-day XP booster and spent about half of those days not using it.

Just a heads up, I'm online for as of now. I believe des's has Ignis Wraith in his clan lab. I'm interested to purchase it.

And if anyone still remembers my request for Spira P blade, RNG erased this concern of mine.

I had a fair bit of luck as well, I figure.

Today I decided to solo the sortie to get some credits. Lo and behold, my log in reward is a credit booster (3 hours). For my first mission of the day (Sortie 1), I get all these modifiers:

  • First game of the day
  • Double credit week-end
  • Credit booster

So the base reward becomes 160K credits.

I completed that sortie, and the final reward? Credit booster (3 days).

Then I complete an alert for Nitain. What do I find? Why of course, a rare container with Mantis part aaaand... Credit booster (30 minutes).

So that is fairly nice. The first and third boosters are redundant, but basically I can break the bank fairly easily with the second. Currently my only plan is to complete Sortie 1-2, and finish the third mission after the daily reset for that sweet double credits.

I'm not greedy enough to start grinding for credits until I'm sick, however.
