Warframe: F2P co-op Guyvering

Simulor, it's called. It doesn't have anything to do with Morgoth or Elves or even Numenor. A bit sad, really.

Yeah it's kind of an odd weapon. I'll probably acquire at some point in the future.

In other news, here is a reddit thread with gifs from the devstream. Including some new Parkour stuff.

The Kubrow armor also looks rad. Too bad its not worth taking Mr Mittens out of the fridge.

I've always seen spiked armor as something for insecure gits and clothing for animals is just plain cruelty. So I'm actually considering to make my sneezeface prettiest princess in da hood. And then post her pictures on internet.

As for that long named weapon, it'll take time before I get it (since after long time Warframe is at rock bottom of games I care to play). And even then I'll wait till inevitable Synoid version to spend potatoe.

Anybody on the one right now? I want to run the raid.

Made my Bo into a boomstick. Probably not the best status for a melee weapon,but it works so far.

Game's been pretty enjoyable so far.Reached Lvl 20 most of my stuff.

Well, status proc explosions don't affect you. Thunderbolt and rocket launcher explosions, however, do. So be careful if you ever find yourself with one of those.

Once I have acces to my computer, I'm pretty sure I'll be playing in it more. I am also loving the Boar Prime.

Explosion status in melee might not be effective, but is useful for crowd control and fun to use. Bonus points if you do ground executions with the staffs: Bomb-Golf is the name of the sport.

Boar Prime deserves more love indeed.

Somehow got a Nova Prime blueprint somewhere.Got confused.

One of the only shotguns I've ever used that I considered worth tatering. I'm currently using it as my full-auto impact weapon of choice, what with not having a Karak Wraith and all. >_<

You can't get a team on Void Missions unless you invite them.

For survival missions I found out that Rhino, Nova, Mag and Nekros are effective for farming and doing 40 minutes runs.

You could also use the Volt to spam Overload and Electric Shield instead of the Rhino.

Karak Wraith is a novelty — a fun one — but not a serious weapon. If you could get your mitts on a Strun Wraith, though, that's another thing entirely. Pretty easy to get it to 100% proc chance and use it for CC.
That said, I'm cooking both the Boar Prime and the Dakra Prime; both sound like good weapons, aright.

It's kind of crazy but I have to admit that in every studio I've worked at this totally would have worked. Hell, I'm pretty sure I've done the actual setup(Although I worked there at the time so I was meant to be there but still.

But, uh. So DE is working on a cardgame, I guess. Neat.

Doesn't matter how serious it is. The Karak was the second weapon I ever got, and I loved the shit out of it from the first mission I used it on. The Wraith version would've meant I'd get to fuck shit up with it all over again.

It is truly amazing what can be accomplished if you just act like you know what you are doing. I remember being stationed on a carrier, I could go wherever I wanted without a single officer stopping me, so long as I just made sure to have a broom in my hand.

On topic: not so sure about a card game, I like the ones I've played but dear lord nothing sucks the money out of your wallet faster.

Re the RL infiltrator of DE: I would just like to remind everyone that Rebecca's stance on the matter is "could you fucking not".

Re Karak wraith: Any weapons work in the game IMO.

Re random Nova Prime Blueprint: Void mission always give a special reward ranging from some extra credits to Prime equipment parts.

In other news, three new nightmare mods were just released: one that up reload speed and penetration on shotguns, one that increase movement speed and armor and finally one for companion that gives loot detector and enemy sensor.

Needless to say I really want the two first.

It is a nasty thing to do, yes. Most Game companies, especially F 2 P companies like DE, simply don't have the budget to staff full-time security.

and yeah, those first two Nightmare mods sound good. In regards to the shotgun one, is that puncture-type damage it increases, or punch-through?

I did one Void TIV exterminate solo and Vor showed up.

I had no idea killing him solo was that easy, my Rhino P. and my Latron P. tore him a new one and I'm now with 3 out of 4 rare toxic/status mods, the only one left for me to get is the melee toxic mod.

The first 2 times Vor showed up I was running TIV defense and interception.

As soon as he showed up the Excals tore him apart with their Ultimate.

Solo? He didn't even managed to go through my already worn out Iron Skin once.

Regarding infiltrator, we should look from the bright side: he had pants. At least I asume he had. I hope. Oh, and card game DE are developing - if that is game DE's overlords wanted them to make, I have resounding meh for answer.

And Corrupted Vor is a pushover. At first he was pretty respectable, but then, like fuck, where did his pillars of light disapeared. Maybie it's only solo deal. How is he in multiplayer?

And now let's talk about two things that dissapointed me regarding u17:

J3 is going to be trial boss. Did you saw his level during devstream. It's fucking 90. I've never liked infested, but I do like archwing. So I thought I'll bring Nova, explode through obligatory pre-boss-fight-part and then rocknroll with J3 through space. This is why I hated idea about trials from very start - from now on DE won't make anything cool without asking themselves if it's trial vorthy level of cool.

Parkour shown in devstream is somewhat a bummer. (Or bunner, if you get what I did there) I don't want to say I hate it. It's remarkable DE are willing to make unpopular decisions, because frankly I don't think they should listen to whiny, overentitled crybabies. Yet I'm not sure about removal of wallrun. I understand reasons for it's removal, but now our only movement tool is bunny hopping. If only thing we can link hop in to is only and only another hop, movement could look pretty monotounos. Of course those are only asthetics and, if system works, not important at all, but still.

wait wait wait wait wait WHAT?, did they ACTUALLY say they'll remove wallrunning!? 0.o, i know in the last devstream they were showing some advancement on parkour 2.0, but afaik they were just showing how the new stuff works, they DID say parkour wouldn't be centered around "train-rail wallrunning" anymore, but i don't think they actually said they'd remove wallrunning altogether.

Yup, thing is gone (unless devs change their minds - work in progress after all). DE couldn't deal with bumps in walls messing up wallrun and decided to scrap whole thing. As a bonus they get rid of wall slinging. They didn't say that, but I wouldn't surprized it was motivation. After all slinging would make hopping obsolete in most instances and may not fit in their vision of parkour. Besides slinging is somewhat goofy looking so there's another motivation.

soo i rewatched the stream, and nothing really indicates it'll TRUELLY be gone, they didn't show any wall running, but that doesn't mean it's leaving, wallrunning as we have it will be gone, that much is true, but wallrunning as a thing might still be in, i clearly remember some early parkour 2.0 WIP stuff they showed a while back (in previous devstreams) that relied heavily on wallrunning, it'd be pretty odd for them to compleatly scrap all that, also gotta take into account they themselves said what they were showing was still very WIP, despite being playable.
