Link to tweet hinting at the appearance of the new frame tomorrow on the teaser site.
Mostly uninteresting, other than for the fact it confirms the update is not today.
"...what is left to be revealed..."
Could this mean besides Limbo there is nothing left to reveal? So maybie U15 will go live right before weekend. It would make sense.
Cue delay.
I don't know.
Part of me thinks it's wishful thinking, the other part think we'll get the update on the next wednesday, as scheduled.
With that said, I think that DE might have a stockpile of "teaser" videos to add to the site as the days goes by, and they retain the right to update at any point within the time window where their videos will last them.
So instead of having a U13 counter tackled on the counter, we get an timer with a snooze for whenever the devs are not ready yet, and they just add a new video.
At least, that's what I think.
Hat Frame Limbo confirmed to have a hat:
Rebecca confirms that Archwing is poised to be released tomorrow morning. Hopefully.

Team Fortress 3 confirmed.
Down with Warframe, up with Hatframe.
A bit more details on each factions!
The most interesting piece of info is two Warframes favoured by the Syndicates. Beyond that, details are scarce, tho they do give a bit more insight in the Syndicates.
interesting, btw, anyone else finds some of the opposed/enemy pairs a bit weird?, some of them don't seem to make much sense to me. for example, just why is cephalon suda the direct enemy of the new loka?, what could posibly be conflicting between an emotionless knowledge-seeking most-likely-not-human consciousness and a bunch of earth-worshipping space hippies? are the later against learning stuff? 0.o

piggy ganon, piggy ganon, does whatever a piggy cannot...And what does the Red Veil hold against the arbiters?
"The Stick has sentimental value. It's like an enormous, hideous teddy bear we can kill things with." -rikalousMy WMG for Suda VS Loka is that Suda may employ Infested, and as such promote impurity of the human form. Beyond that, if Loka thinks Technology ruined Earth, they probably consider Suda to be a byproduct of said technology, or at the very least Suda would be able to redistribute said technology to other factions.
Red Veil is about DOWN WITH THE "MAN" - KILL KILL KILL. Either the Arbiters thinks they're concerned by the "down with the man" message OR they don't like the "kill kill kill" part OR the Red Veil themselves sees the "Dogmatic" Arbiters as the "man" or a part of said man.
i guess they could be opposed, with the arbiters rejecting the "tenno as warrior" idea, but if anything i think suda would be the most logical enemy of the red veil, with his stated abhorrence of destruction.
suda using infested would be... strange, i really can't imagine a being with a stated "abhorrence of destruction" using infested, it could easely want to study them, but one would think it'd rather have them contained than let them loose to scourge the system.
speaking of the loka, it doesn't seem that they'd have much trouble with technology so long as it is not "corrupting earth", considering they are allied to the perrin, which are all corpus deserters, and thus are loaded with high tech.
also, why exactly are the arbiters opposed to the perrin? 0.o, it's not like they have conflicting ideals, they should be neutral towards each other.

piggy ganon, piggy ganon, does whatever a piggy cannot...Well the Red Veil is the Rival of Suda. I'm not sure either why they only have "rivalry" relation as opposed to "enemy" relation. If I had to take a guess, the Red Veil and Suda form a sort of Red Oni, Blue Oni rival-relationship, where they have different methods for doing things without being in an all-out war in between each other.
- So basically; New Loka to Suda: I despise your very existence and I want you wiped out!
- Red Veil to Suda: Look, I'm violent, you're not, just stay on your side of the line because I don't actually despise your very existence and just want to do my things.
Perrin VS Arbiters: As the merchant casts of the Syndicates/Star Chart, the Perrin Sequence is the most likely to hire mercenaries like Tennos, and the Arbiters probably look down on reducing Tennos to mercenaries.
All on my part.

i still don't think the loka really have a reason to hate suda's techno-guts, 'cus alied to the tech-loaded perrin.
UNLESS!, what if suda IS infested!?, you know how the highly developed infested are always going "we embrace you, why do you defile us?", what if suda is a consciousness born of the technocite plague?, one that broke off from the hive-mind and decided to take a non-agressive (and non-invasive) take on the "embracing others" thing, while also searching for knowledge to improve it's(her?) understanding of both the system and the things living in it?(and thus better be able to choose who it/she want's to "embrace"), it's probably also content with simple acceptance, not really requiring to infest it's/her allies.
so..., suda just wants to know how having friends is XP

piggy ganon, piggy ganon, does whatever a piggy cannot...From a lore standpoint, I love the syndicates.
From an altitis standpoint, dear sweet lotus this is going to suck. Just going by the 2 frame reference alone, the only one not supporting a frame I like and use is Red Veil.
altitis?, you mean making alt accounts?, 'cus you can support any at any time, but you'll be loosing points on some when gaining them for another, it's just a matter of doing loooads of stuff, and optimising your face-heel revolving door(face-heel to them that is).
just for info's sake, you can support up to 3 at a time without losing points in any of them, to be precise:
cephalon suda, arbiters of hexis and steel meridian won't make you lose points with each other.
neither will red veil, perrin sequence and new loka.

piggy ganon, piggy ganon, does whatever a piggy cannot...altitis as in i'm currently using Loki, Mag, Ember, Vauban, Rhino, Nekros, Hydroid, Mirage, Valkyr, Nova, and Nyx, with plans to add Limbo to that list.
Even juggling 3 alliances is going to require I make a sacrifice somewhere in there

i really don't see the issue, you can just get whatever you want from one side, then go all the way to the other, it's not like they'll take away the mods you already have; and you can trade the mods anyways, so even if you decide to stick to 3 of them forever, you can still get all the mods.
btw, anyone knows what the "ability mods" mentioned as syndicate rewards are?, they are clearly frame specific, so it's kinda confusing, as they said they'd be removing ability mods, and they can't be generic abilities if they are frame specific.

piggy ganon, piggy ganon, does whatever a piggy cannot...My impression on the matter is that the Perrin Sequence aren't actually cyborgs or anything. I mean, they use technology a lot, but they aren't modifying their bodies as much as the Grineer (or the Infested).
Furthermore, the Perrin Sequence has young technology, in a sense. Compare to Suda, if it is an Orokin Cephalon, it means it has knowledge on how the Orokin technology itself works, while for everyone else it's just a black box at best.
Admitting that Loka doesn't like the Orokin Technology based on what it did to Earth, they might very well be categorically against the possibility of it ever happening again.
You'll need to learn how to trade, bud.
I know for instance that me and my Bro have an agreement that we'll cover the Syndicates we like and supply each other with the mods we don't have access to.
They are "mutator" kind of mods. As in, they change how the abilities work on a given Frame. Ember for instance could gain the ability to give fire damage to allies by casting fireball on them.
A message of the Lotus:
TL;DR "Balor LOLorians are teh coming tehnno, but I gib u 4rkwings m8, k?"

It's time.
The download size is 1089 MB, so it might take a while for you to experience this one.
Take flight, Tenno.

good points, and regarding the "mutators", interesting; i guess that means we won't be getting "generic abilities" any time soon though, but i guess focus is taking care of that... someday.
YAY, UPDATE TIME!

piggy ganon, piggy ganon, does whatever a piggy cannot...That's a big, healthy update right there.
I've been playing on it a bit and so far it is very stable, safe for the dojo which has some performance issues. Despite said issues, I was able to start teh plasma rifle. Expect it to complete Monday around noon EDT.
Actually I just found out first hand that New Loka supplies Ancient Healers. So scratch their intense abhorrence for Infested. That, or they are rather hypocritical.
Also, most mutators mostly add a positive effect to aiming at a teammate, IE boost elemental damage, heal, etc. Loki has a pretty interesting one, he turns invulnerable for some seconds after Switch Teleporting an ally. It's time for some serious Switch Teleport plays.
The mention of sleep has now been abolished from my dictionary.
Okay. I like most of this update, but I gotta say: the new Grineer hacking system is just the worst.
My god, this update. @_@ so much stuff I'm not sure if I'll be able to process it
but HOW?I don't know what they put into this update and hotfix, but something is horribly wrong.
"The Stick has sentimental value. It's like an enormous, hideous teddy bear we can kill things with." -rikalous
Even more *bleep* yeahs. Fighting for order works for me as well, considering we're bringing chaos to the Grineer Empire and Corpus.
