I pretty sure it's 40 minutes. Also, I interpreted the statement as them having a broad idea of what the story will be, and that they are working out the details on how to present the plot.
Also, have some concept art.
Looking to upgrade to park bench.I watched the behind-the-scenes featurette yesterday finally. It's straight-forward and honest, never sugar-coating just how much of a challenge it is for these up-starters to work on a professional show, and I again reiterate that back when hand-drawn animation was the most mainstream type... THIS WAS HOW WORK WAS! People did have to just sit behind desks and practice, and always always working overtime and especially the day before the deadline. It also makes me admire everyone who worked on this OVA.
It's been said that Trigger finished the last episode of Kill la Kill between fourteen and six hours before it went to broadcast. I think they're used to flying by the seat of their pants.
It's been fun.I heard that.
Probably from you.
x4 Nice. Wish there was some Diana but this will do.

I've heard that's not terrible unusual though, that's why there are often Blu-Ray fixes for shows and whatnot. Hell, Gatchaman Crowds didn't finish in time at all!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFmGNqji4u0This is pretty common. Animation is incredibly difficult to calculate for a time-line because everyone underestimates just how much work goes into animation, so they usually need to push the deadline ahead, or work overnight.
Well, judging from the concept art, I'm gonna take a wild guess at the plot. It'll be a love potion gone horribly wrong.
Feel free to visit my yokai blog. She was a fool to try to force Sucy to love her.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersAwesome concepts there. They should go wild with it - the imagination of the series is what made it so alive with potential. A full series or movie would be absolutely fantastic too.
This needs to be a real franchise, like really. I can totally see an episodic series just going crazy with all the different adventures and worldbuilding they could have - the Mandragora root in the manga being example of that.
EDIT: Came back to point out that: Akko's legs are best legs.

Working on a manga. With pictures! All feedback welcome!Damn, wrong part of the country. Oh well, they did say multiple events. Perhaps they will give a schedule.
Looking to upgrade to park bench. Why can't cool industry people visit Youmacon?
All we get is the same old anime dub voices.
Oh, TRIGGER, please visit Sac Anime.
Looks like LWA 2 will premiere with a preview at Anime Matsuri this coming April.
Good news for those in the Houston area.

Looking to upgrade to park bench.Introducing three new students
Forever liveblogging the Avengers^Backers only Can't see
Amanda loves to dance and party. When it comes to trouble at Luna Nova, you can always find her at the center. Amanda’s itchy fingers makes her a repeat visitor to the academy’s high security archives. Her mischievous ways are only for cheap thrills and are harmless.
Constanze Braunschbank Albrechtsberger
Constanze is another misfit at Luna Nova. She ignores school regulations by smuggling in enchanted hi-tech devices. Constanze sells these magical contrabands to students to earn a small profit.
You’ll always catch Jasmineka, aka Jasna, sneaking a bite during class. Her carefree personality often gets her in trouble and frowned upon by the professors at Luna Nova. Above all else, this kind-hearted girl loves sharing her sweets with others.
I am excite.
But why does every wide character in a group in an animated TV show/movie has to be all about sweets all the time?
I wonder why Amanda has the most English name of the 3.

Can't watch it right this minute though. Sad thylacine.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersIt's in unsubbed Japanese, so unless you speak it you aren't missing that much.
Hell if it shows good animation, I'm fine with it until it gets subbed.
but... moving pictures
Not that it matters. I played the waiting game and won.
More girls, more great animation, more happy time! :D This gets me pumped!
I see they have magical broomsticks like in Fantasia.

I'm a bit worried that they haven't figured out a plot, haven't they sketched at least a little bit out yet?
This'll be a 50-minute OVA, right?
These are the words that shall come from my mouth. I shall be known for speaking them.
