Private Message suggestion

I'm not sure that we want extensive group conversations to be held privately where they cannot be monitored by the mod staff. We aren't hosting private forums or chat rooms.

Also, this site is about the wiki, first and foremost, and tech wishlist items that are based around the social aspects of the site are very low priority.

Most of this has already been incorporated. I've added a request for differently colored banners in Query Wishlist; locking.
