Confessor Paletress is pretty good and also very fun to play around with.
Kripparian has been experimenting with Mill Rogue. Sometimes... things don't go as planned.
Due to Ysera and Paletress filling a similar niche, I wouldn't craft Paletress. I know some players prefer her over Ysera even in a dragon deck, but I prefer Ysera even in a standard control Priest. Vol'jin makes more sense to craft imo. Antonidas is another great choice.
Thanks for the good tips guys. I alread have some of the "must-have" legendaries: Dr. Balanced, Ysera, Sylvanas.
I also have Antonidas, Chillmaw, Leeroy, Sneed's, Bolvar Fordragon and Eydis Darkbane.
I tried Saraad in a Casino/Tempo mage deck and it wasn't really fitting with the rest of the deck. It's usually not good enough to play by itself on turn 5, since Loatheb and Harrison are ususally better choices. And it also competes with Dr Boom and Antonidas for the 7 drop slot if you want to immediately get a spell out of it.
I'd really like to get a priest legendary since it's my favourite class. I like the idea of Confessor but you made a good argument for Vol'jin.
I'll probably go with Vol'Jin.

I just saw firsthand what I think I should have known already: Brann Bronzebeard's effect doesn't stack with itself; you don't get triple battlecries with two of him out. A literal reading of the text supports this, but I suppose the part of me that has to think about plays in 75 seconds hadn't gotten the memo.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I'm in love with Raptor Rogue. I'm on a long win streak, with notable wins beings a turn 7 lethal against a Dragon Priest that played multiple taunt minions, and turn 6 lethal against a Zoolock. In both cases I ended up trading minions, not playing overly aggressive (I only went face if there were no more enemy minions to clear). The only real "downside" is that one of the more fun tech cards, Sideshow Spelleater, sees very little play because I win before I can play it.
I didn't know Raptor Rogue ran Spelleater.
I'm running it right now and I like it quite a bit.
Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about. It's not a common card choice. I saw a deck on the competitive HS subreddit using it and decided to use it myself. Their reasoning was that the Rogue hero power tends to be great in the early game but weak in the late game. My reasoning is mostly that it's a fun, underused card, so why not.
x4 Is that the same as how Baron works?
x3 what kind of deck is Raptor rogue?
Raptor Rogue is a board control orientated tempo deck based around a solid curve of deathrattle minions combined with the new Unearthed Raptor card, which copies the deathrattle of a friendly minion. Towards the end of the mana curve are a few big minions that allow you to have a lot of value in the late game so they you can keep up (things like Sylvanas, Dr. Boom, Sneeds Old Shredder or Piloted Sky Golem)

Yes, I think so. The text doesn't say "Your Battlecries/Deathrattles trigger an additional time"; it says "twice". "Twice" and "twice" overlap; they don't turn into "thrice".
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Makes sense, yeah.
Just hit rank 10 for the first time. Woo! These past few days I seemed to really take off. I guess I'm just getting more accustomed to my deck.
So I still haven't found out if Vol'jin is useless if Brann is out after a while playing with it.
I think it does in fact switch twice but I don't remember the source.
Think my Raptor Rogue deck needs tweaking. My current complaint is that I think there's a few too many 5-mana minions it my version as of now.
Also I decided to get Antonidas and make a Tempo Mage. God, that's a destructive heap of fun.
Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about. That feeling when you're at 2 health vs Face Hunter, you've used both your Ancients of Lore and you realize that them + a slime + force/roar is enough to kill him from 27 health.
The Angry Chicken podcast confirmed that Vol'jin swaps health twice, essentially cancelling out it's effect. Definetly shouldn't play him with Bran on the board.
Something that I learned today: If you have Bran out, minions that have Battlecries that let you target a minion won't let you re-target a different minion for the repeat battlecrie.
I played a Blackwing Corruptor and it hit a single enemy for 6, as opposed to hitting two different enemies for 3 each.
Also, weirdly enough, Echoing Ooze isn't affected by Bran. It still just generates an additional Ooze.

Most Raptor Rogues I've seen use about 4 or 5 5 mana cards, choosing between Azure Drake, Dark Iron Skulker, Loatheb, Healbot and Sludge Belcher. That number seems to be doing well for getting a good curve without getting a top heavy hand each game.
Raptor rogue, however, seems to take cards I do not have. Like. Bloodmage Thalnos, and Sylvanas Windrunner.
I have Sylvanas and Dr Balanced. Problem is that i don't have the gold
Uni catYou can sub in Thalnos with stuff like Kobold Geomancer/Loot Hoarder/Shiv.
Also, new Brawl: whenever you summon a minion, you get a spell of the same cost... but for free.
Less awesome than it might seem, given that by the end of the game I had Demonfuse, two Brawls and Twisting Nether cluttering my hand. >.>
grahDidn't we get that one before?
No wait, was the other way around.
So if i play a spellslinger i get two spells? Neat

Uni catWhat could I possibly sub sylvanas for? :P
Her double deathrattle is pretty much a great part of the deck.

It has always been the prerogative of children and half-wits to point out that the emperor has no clothesTavern brawl this week: Get a free random spell the same cost as any minions you put down. Play it for 0. BYO Deck.
Minions with spell synergy are great and if you have Summoning Stone from Lo E, it summons creatures based on actual spell cost not reduced cost.
You're not wrong in your leaning. Pick whichever class you'd prefer more. For Priest, also consider Justicar Trueheart (which is also good in other control decks).
