you forgot to set the page type - a rather common error. Only if it's set correctly do the subpages appear.
I fixed it for you.

We have created a new page, FanFic/HousepetsTheSeries. It was created for a vast Fan Fic creation to the web comic Housepets!
The problem is, we have created some auxillary pages (specifically, "Heartwarming" and "Funny"), and added it to index. But neither of these are appearing automatically on the page. I had to add them manually to the page text in the interim (except the index listing).
At least the custom title was applied.
This is a technical issue. Who could fix this?
