In the Real Life section maintenance thread in the Long Term Projects forum, it was determined that Tearjerker.Real Life was to have RL examples removed, and to have media examples about RL events moved to the relevant media subpages. Ultimately, TJRL will be redirected to the main page once the media examples are moved, as it has too many inbound links to qualify for cutlisting.

Unfortunately, the page is an incredibly long page, and even that has subpages that are similarly long. In order to keep from having troper lives further ruined, some help cleaning that up would be appreciated.

(Posting here because it's a one-time cleanup, and doesn't really fit in any of the pre-existing cleanup threads. The scope of the cleaning doesn't help matters any, either.)

Did some preliminary cleaning on Real Life and on Documentary (the latter, for the documentary examples - the way the TJ pages are split).

Cleaned out the remaining subpages and redirected them. Now only Memorials And Epitaphs remains - I'll take care of it later.

When (if ever) can we expect to see the subpages for the Real Life Tearjerkers again? It's been nearly a month.

[up] Personally, I don't particularly miss them. A page to talk about crying-inducing things in real life seems way too broad to be particularly meaningful. I'd rather we stick to real-life examples of the kinds of tropes associated with Tear Jerkers. (Except the NRLEP pages, obviously.)

OK, took care of the remaining page.
