Indeed; while permission is always nice to have, we don't require it any longer unless the pic is explicitly copyrighted (like a single-panel cartoon or the entirety of a comic strip or webcomic page).
I reformatted the information about the image. Are we done here?

Also, can't seem to find the "Copyrighted" reason for listing, was it removed?
