It's also been on All-Powerful Bystander for longer (circa September 2011 at the latest), and its use on that page was determined by a prior IPD, while The Omniscient was just tossed on by some troper in Aug 2012.

The Omniscient currently uses a lower-quality version of an image that is already in use on All-Powerful Bystander. I think it should stay on All-Powerful Bystander, since it seems like a better illustration of that particular trope.
