Justice Avengers: Jump City at Dusk

This one will tell these ones the whole story. The king spawned the Trickster the flower and the wielder. The flower was invincible. The Trickster said it was not so. The Trickster schemed and the flower died. The wielder said this was on accident. This one does not believe so. The Trickster was punished. The Trickster escaped. The wielder followed. The wielder found the Trickster. The Trickster spoke. The wielder despaired. Despair opened the mind. The Trickster entered. The wielder was gone.

"Right, the legend of.....Baldur, I think," Wolverine said. "Achilles was more famous. Anyway, Thor initially went after Loki, who was imprisoned for accidentally killing Baldur and then escaped, and when Thor found Loki, the latter did.....something to Thor to make him missing, using the despaired caused by remembering Baldur."

Wolverine took a moment to process it. "Makes sense. But what can we do about it? And why Donald?"

Donald scowled at "Why Donald?" Well, he was right here, Mr. Wolverine and he thought he was just fine at carrying the hammer.

To carry this one one must be kind. To use this one one must be cruel. To wield this one one must be heroic. The wielder was losing his kindness. The healer has no cruelty. This one is lost.

So that was it. The hammer needed someone who can dominate his enemies on the battlefield but knows when to be kind to those outside it.

"I think the hammer's only letting you hold it because you were convenient at the time," Wolverine blunt told Donald. "It says you're a wimp, but have the necessary kindness to wield it, while Thor was becoming too cruel without the compassion to balance it out anyway."

As Majestic slammed him into the nearest tree, Zod responded by driving an elbow into his opponent's ribs.

Non and Ursa, meanwhile did take notice of Starfire's attempt to catch their attention. Pointing at Starfire, Ursa said "Non, deal with her." The massive Kryptonian growled and began awkwardly flying towards Starfire.

Majestic doubled over from the shot to his ribs, but came right back, balling his fists together and swinging them up into Zod's chin. Strangely, Majestic picked this of all times to ask Zod questions.

"Where are you from? What is Krypton? Who is Jor-El? Do you recognize me?" He was sure he'd get no response, but he had to try. Zod and his companions were the only aliens he'd met that looked even remotely like him.

Kara seemed semi reliefed that the villains didn't pay attention to her and tried to kill her by what she just asked. But then she heard Majestic having questions similar to her and decided to wait in case she could have more answers about her past as well.

"How does Majestic know about krypton? could he be...?" she wondered.

"Let's wait a little longer, if you don't mind." she told Ambush bug.

HMMM...

The Hero Duo materialized near to where the fight was taking place. The She-Hulks were near them.

They quickly reintroduced themselves. "Hello again, it's us, the Hero Duo!" the girl said. "I was White Claw, now I'm Copper Sunbird, Mistress of Liquid Metal. He was Nonexistential Knight, now he's Pulsate, Master of Kinetic Energy!"

Noticing Non heading towards Starfire, Pulsate shouted, "Ok, ladies, one of you help Starfire, the other take on that not-too-friendly looking woman. We'll back you up."

Ambush Bug nodded, pulling out a plastic bag from a pocket. "Hey, do you want a snack? I have crackers."

Kara looked at Ambush Bug with a serious mood , before she smiled "Just kidding, sure I love crackers. You know I was scared at the beginning ,but they proably have such a big ego they even haven't noticed we are here. A.B how are you planning on stopping them anyway?" She asked while she ate the cookies.

Donald grimaced and looked away. Oh sure, he was a wimp because he had no cruelty. He supposed Snikt-Snakt the Slicey would think that. Still, Mjolnir held itself against Wolverine's skin and transmitted one more message.

Then it dropped away.

This one cannot tell the steel wolf how to find the wielder. This one can only tell the steel wolf that he will have to do without the wielder.

Steel Wolf....kinda like that, Wolverine thought. "The Hammer has no idea on how to find Thor and just sit tight for now," he explained to Donald. "In the mean time.....you now how to use that thing besides the obvious?" he asked.

"Oh so that's your role in the Justice avengers? That's clever. I think Starfire might need a bit of distraction right now." She said as she saw Non flying to engage her.

She then took another cookie from Ambush Bug , showed it to Ambush Bug and said jokingly.

"Kneel before the cookie!"

Ambush Bug pretended to kneel. "That's funny. I'm not really part of the JA, though I have met them."

Star sapphire

The strong emotions from the battle got the attention of the champion of love.

A Kryptonian that seeked meaning a Kherubian that wanted to discover himself and of course a certain " "annoying creature" that had teased her a few hours ago.

And those Kryptonians...How did they dare to invade a planet under the protection of the zamarons? It wasn't hard for Star sapphire to create a portal towards them. However the first thing she noticed was "the green bug" and decided to deal with him first, how hard could it be after all?

Suddenly a violet ray would come from Star sapphire's hand , that she gestured as if she was dealing with a fly, towards Ambush Bug...

Donald shook his head, "It doesn't exactly come with instruction and, so far as I can tell, only you and Thor are the guys that've been able to talk to it. I can still fly but-" He reached back and tapped the staff on his back, "Gridarvolr. It also lets me use those comm-berries."

A violet ray blasted Ambush Bug's bag of crackers, setting part of his costume on fire. Ambush Bug yelped and patted the fire out. "Hey, those were saltines! Name brand ones, too! Sheesh. Okay, Kara, I have to quickly go and yell at someone." Teleporting in front of Star Sapphire, he crossed his arms and yelled. "Hey, what's the big idea? I'm trying to help a friend! Do you know how hard it is for me to make friends that aren't television characters??"

Pulsate almost lost it when he noticed Ambush Bug offering cookies to some teenage girl (Kara.)

"What! Not him again!! I thought the police had him!? And he's still harassing girls!"

He began to concentrate on using his powers on The Bug (to keep him from moving) but too late- he teleported away.

"Drat!" the young hero cursed.

"There he is, up in the sky!" Sunbird exclaimed. "Oh no, that Violet girl is back! Well, this time I'm well-armed to deal with her!"

And with but a thought, she caused her costume's sleeves to expand into the form and size of giant, metallic wings. With a single beat, she was airborne, and headed up towards the Bug and Sapphire.

"Then we're down to only one flying heavy hitter," Wolverine said. "We don't have to spend money on comms, at least. You're a first responder, right?"

"You have to consider joining them you know. Don't worry take your time!. This might take a while..." Kara told Ambush Bug before he disappeared.

Star Sapphire

My mission is to end with every "superhero" on this planet, but making you suffer will be my pleasure.

Sapphire then raised her hand towards Ambush Bug and then she created a construct of ropes that would follow ambush bug even if he teleported away and they wouldn't stop until he was caught...

" Can you teleport forever?" she said in a mocking tone while she sported a confident smile

"Your outter shelf might have changed, but you cannot hide those weak hearts" Star sapphire said as she recognized the heroic duo approaching.

Ambush Bug frantically teleported around the park, trying to evade the ropes. "I've finally got my own non-footwear nemesis! Yay?"

Teleporting out of the area briefly, he came back with a flamethrower. When the ropes got close enough, he activated it. "Don't ask about where I got this. You don't really want to know."

RPG, you can decide if the flamethrower would work. Personally, I don't think it will, but it's not my decision.

Peter’s lip hitched up as he suppressed a groan. Monks were basically the party pooper version of ninjas. Ninjas had awesome creeds about how they were allowed use their secret ninja arts to kill people; Monks had lame vows not to have fun. He was surprised she didn’t burst into flame upon entering the arcade.

“I’m not really sure.” He said with an honest shrug. “All I know is that it has music and arrows and is supposed to be a rockin’ good time. Is that something you, uh, do?”

"Nemesis? don't flatter yourself, you are just a bug to me.

Ambush bug would find himself in trouble as even if the fire might slow some down, some other "ropes" would come to try to trap him from behind the flames.

The fire failed and Ambush Bug was trapped like a rat. "Rats. Well, who's up for some Parcheesi? If I can reach them, I've got some cards. Hey, where'd my flamethrower go?" Some other ropes were dismantling it...somehow. "Double rats. Oh, and 'you are just a bug to me?' Yeah, that's a GREAT line. Really original. Not obvious at all. Is my sarcasm reaching you or do I need to be untied?"

"Perhaps, but you can deny how fitting it is" She said as she pressed harder her light consructs with the intent of hurting him. She said as she looked inmensely pleased at taking "revenge" at Ambush Bug.

"I have the power of love, but with you I feel nothing, nobody loves you. You are so simple minded you are probably thinking about a rubber duck right now. You can consider this a mercy"
