That's why they invented fishing sinkers.
Resolution. Basically, Pintsize felt guilty. She felt guilty. They talked it out. Cool. No fishing sinkers.
Pintsize is Doing Something with himself and a little gag about difficulties of voice control interfaces recognizing keywords but not context.
Gonna be honest, I totally forgot about this webcomic for a couple weeks, but I just got caught up again. Really, I think this comic is one that's best read all together rather than one page at a time, so it's all good.
I thought Alison having this idea of hers was a little abrupt, but at least the story's focusing on her putting in the time and effort to make it work instead of just doing a time skip or something. Guess the story about Hercules chasing the deer was kinda lampshading that.
I've got Frozen, Spectacular Spider-Man, Crash, Spyro, and Paper Mario fanfics. It's actually a pretty innovative idea for a super-hero comicc, although of course you dont actually need supers to make it work.
It would be pretty easy to supply that free energy if they could just harness the heat of those blushes...
One of these days, someone's gonna walk in on them dancing on each other's heads and they'll be all, "IT'S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE!" "I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE!"
I've got Frozen, Spectacular Spider-Man, Crash, Spyro, and Paper Mario fanfics.Prediction: Hector is going to get wacked.
I wonder if this is a setup to an ominous reveal or a light-hearted one.
And Pintsize is a scientist type, so he probably already knows this, but you need to go fast to get into orbit (getting to orbital height is comparatively easy at least, if that's what he means). Admittedly, there doesn't actually seem to be much point in truly going into orbit if you can control your flight path freely.
Wait, so does that imply he believes Alison can breathe in space? (Well, or that she doesn't need to breathe, but I felt like making that reference.)

He has full life support suit for himself, he can hook her up with no problem.
Depends on how her flight works. You need to go fast to fall at the same rate and the Earth curves beneath you. This allows you to coast in orbit, which allows you to turn the rocket off. But if Allison doesnt "run out of fuel" in the same way, then she might not need to achieve orbital velocity to stay up there.
Well depending on stamina she may just let Earth curve under her, land wherever and ride home on a regular airplane.
Pintsize is less than fully responsible, but he certainly believes in Allison and is willing to prod her to do her absolute best.
Okay, I'm gonna have to disagree with that sentiment. It kinda comes across to me like he's pressuring her to do even more work when she's already working herself to death.

I've got Frozen, Spectacular Spider-Man, Crash, Spyro, and Paper Mario fanfics. No, he's probably right. But I bet he never even makes it to Europe.
And, in SFP, someone's getting buzzed.
Which... puts Allison in the perfect place to see the plane spontaneously combust / fall into pieces.
Unless she figured out which seat he was in, she had to peek into every window, giving each passenger the opportunity for an interesting in flight experience.
She could've snuck a glance at his ticket easily.
I love this comic.
Are there any other good Cape Punk series? I started reading Starhammer.
Do you know which window corresponds to "F23"?
I can look it up in a minute.
"Are there any other good Cape Punk series? I started reading Starhammer."
I don't know for comics, but I love Wearing The Cape and Please Dont Tell My Parents Im A Supervillain book series.

Superheroes Anonymous and its sequel, Supervillains Anonymous were also pretty good under literature. There's an entire index for Cape Punk here on the site.
I'm really hoping they're not building up to the world's tiniest noose. Although, would it even work at that size? Square Cube law being what it is, I don't know that there'd be enough weight.
