The cartoonist gave his blessing, and actually complimented the site.
I had noticed my illustration on your page some time ago—a fan of mine spotted it. I tried to contact you regarding its use but found no way to do so. So, thanks for asking. You may use it however you will not be able to link it to the original image because it is no longer online due to a revamping of my website. But, if you could, please add a link to my website—www.zebtoonz.com—somewhere in the credits.
BTW, I very much like your site and have used it and referred to it in various forums. Keep up the good work!

According to Google Image Search, the page image was made by someone called "Zeb"
.
Since I don't see any clause stating how one can use the picture, I'm not sure if we have permission to use it.
