Pokemon Ranger RP: Interest Check/Sign-up

Exactly what it says on the tin really. Would anyone be interested in doing a Pokemon Ranger RP?

So for region I was thinking Kanjoh or Unova, Kanjoh for size, or Unova for stuff to do.

• Name: Nox
• Age:15
• Personality: Nox is generally a bizare person; he is dark and secretive but still inherintly altruistic. He will always try to help people, but there is clearly something dark beneath the surface. His words are polite but his tone scathing. He will listen to any problem any person has and if he can he will help but he refuses help from any who offer it. A combination of selflessness and self-loathing bubbling beneath the surface.
• Appearance: Nox is a tall and lanky teenager with an athletic muscle build. His skin is notably pale and his hair is best described as a mass of black spikes, his eyes being a similar jet black colour. He wears long black trousers, each leg ending in a ring of yellow with a red belt and a sleeveless top, black on the bottom half and white on the top half, changing colour at a stark diagonal line forming a point at the middle. He also wears a longcoat reaching down to the floor, black with a border of red.
• Backstory: Nox was the son of two Cipher peons, to them only a method of acquiring more pokemon through various acts of trickery. When Cipher was defeated his parents and several other peons remained together, acting for their own means in ways such as Cipher had. Nox did what he could to undermine their efforts, but it was limited. Eventually he decided that although he could not stop them he could not take any more of it and ran away, leaving not just where he lived but the entire region. all he took with him were the clothes on his back and one pokemon with whom he had formed some degree of friendship, an Absol. With the Absol he travelled around, attempting to find some use of his life. He never captured any pokemon, Absol protecting him from the wild ones and none more ever being needed and running off this principle he eventaully found a purpose; He became a pokemon ranger.
• Region of origin: Orre
• Partner Pokemon: Absol
  • Personality: Absol is a dark type, but it is by no means evil or mischievous. Absol cares for justice and other pokemon as much as a pokemon can and as with all pokemon shares a strong bond with its ranger.
  • Bio Nox's Absol was one of the many pokemon taken by Nox's parents, stolen as an egg from a pokemon breeder. It would have been sold had it not been for Nox's efforts, but it remained in saftey and when Nox left, it left with him.
  • Field Move:Cut
  • Capture Move: Dark (allows hazardous substances to be cleared)
  • Styler Type Nox uses a typical Almia-acquired styler.

• Name: Kole Larue
• Age: 19
• Personality: Doesn't talk all that much. Often seems cold and rude, yet truly cares for his friends and co-workers.
• Appearance: Has long brown hair that often covers his dark blue eyes. Only wears his ranger uniform when required. If not explicitly told to wear his uniform, he will instead wear something he finds more comfortable.
• Backstory: Kole knew since he was a little kid that he wanted to use Pokémon to help people in need. It took him a long time to decide whether to become a Ranger or a police officer, but in the end, he studied to become a Ranger. It is his greatest dream to one day become a Top Ranger, yet he's perfectly fine where he currently is.
• Region of origin: Unova
• Partner Pokemon: Mienfoo
  • Personality: Very serious when it comes to work, yet laughably incompetent in many everyday activities. Very kind, yet very aggressive toward enemies.
  • Bio: Kole met Mienfoo at a very young age when exploring the area north of Icirrus City, his hometown. The two continued to meet up and became friends in the years that followed. When Kole was studying to become a Pokémon Ranger, Mienfoo stayed with him even before his formal acceptance.

  • Capture Move: Fighting
  • Styler Type: Almia

• Name: Tristan Advenus
• Age: 17
• Personality: Tristan is a very calm and collected individual, always serious and thinks before he speaks. However, he has trouble opening up to humans, appearing shy and withdrawn. Yet when meeting Pokémon (especially ghost types) nothing of that is visible. He also is rather superstitious and believes most myths. When he is stressed, he usually tries to relax with meditation. Sometimes his logic might not make sense to others, but Tristan tries to help whoever needs help at the moment.
• Appearance: Greetings, traveler.◊
• Backstory: While his parents were away on their frequent business trips, Tristan usually spent his time in the Lavender Tower, playing with the ghost types there, avoiding most human contact. Quickly he began to prefer ghosts to the living and soon spent most of his time there. Finally one day he decided not to join his parents in their business, but instead to become a Pokémon Ranger in hope of meeting new Pokémon and traveled to Fiore with a Litwick he had befriended in the tower.
• Region of origin: Kanto, Lavender Town
• Partner Pokemon: Lampent
  • Personality: Almost as calm as her ranger, Lampent still has a mischievous side, sometimes trying to scare others (but never Tristan).
  • Bio: After meeting Tristan in the Lavender Tower as a Litwick, the two of them quickly became friends. When Tristan decided to become a Pokémon Ranger, Lampent decided to follow him on his journey, on which she evolved into the Lampent she is today.
  • Field Move: Burn
  • Capture Move: Ghost (Makes ghosts appear from inside the Capture Line loops, causes "Tired" status)
  • Styler Type: Original one, coloured black and blue
• Other: Never takes off his glasses. Seriously, he forgot his own eye colour.

Accepted, even though, technically, eye colour isn't affected by glasses.

So anyway, I'm considering that we start in the Sinjoh ruins, as a kind of initiation mission for the newbie rangers. The characters who have already been rangers can act as 'chaperones'. Thoughts?
