Have you seen the trailer for the Fallout Shelter update, it include some Fallout 4 scenes of Piper.
R.A.G.E is looking petty rad this year [1]
Try imagining how far the universe extends! Keep thinking about it until you go insane.I can't get enough of that song. Hopefully the rest of the soundtrack is as catchy and awesome. We're three for three right now, so I'm looking forward to the rest of the songs.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets. As long as there isn't another "Civilization (Bongo Bongo Bongo)" in the soundtrack I'll be fine. (Thematically it didn't make sense for Fallout 3, however it would have been good for New Vegas with all the themes of Imperialism in that game. Also killing raiders to a very jingoist imperialist pop song, especially one set in the Congo really killed the mood for me)
Also, anyone look at that trailer and think "Oh. They learned from Nuka Break didn't they?"

The NCR is like Tim Taylor. We need more POWER!!I think the song was added in for the irony, since the Capital Wasteland, in comparison to the other settings, was the biggest shithole to live in.
The other games had more dire situations, like a whole army kidnapping and transforming people into monsters, or a forgotten army trying to wipe out everything, but the environment in '3 from a story standpoint was the most dangerous in general.
Try imagining how far the universe extends! Keep thinking about it until you go insane.Hopefully Bethesda takes a cue from Obsidian and only use songs that more or less fit the theme. New Vegas definitely had a thematically-fitting soundtrack, despite the majority of us wanting to shoot Mr. New Vegas for playing Johnny Guitar for the umpteenth time YES WE GET IT THERE WAS NEVER A MAN LIKE YOUR JOHNNY.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets. To be fair, Johnny Guitar was pretty clearly chosen to represent Boone. So it makes sense that it would butt in all the time and kill your mood for you.
The NCR is like Tim Taylor. We need more POWER!!Was it really?
Try imagining how far the universe extends! Keep thinking about it until you go insane.Nevermind. Didn't know that the Fallout Shelter update trailer had clips from the game. I misread what the post was saying.

She seems like she's gonna be a wisecracking, ain't-got-time-for-your-bullshit kind of lady. I like her already.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets. What's fallout shelter getting in the update?
x4 You can always tell when Chris Avellone chooses something thematic. Johnny Guitar and Boone share alot of key points.
"Maybe you're cold, but you're so warm inside" - Boone's Cold Sniper personality hiding the pain he felt from losing his wife, and his strong moral compass.
"What if you're cruel, you can be kind I know" - When we recruit Boone, he commits a (admittedly deserved) murder. Its our choice to make him let go his vengeance or to make him a cold stone killer.
Also in the movie "Johnny Guitar," (yes, this is actually a Western's theme song) the main character is a female lead who maintains a very hard relationship with the people in the town she runs her saloon in. She also supports the local railline being built and the confederates who run it. These themes reinforce Boone's relationship with the town of Novac and his staunch defense of the NCR (which are viewed as a nation trying to take their land from it).
There's alot more themes but that would be hijacking the thread. BACK TO BOSTON!

The NCR is like Tim Taylor. We need more POWER!!inb4 we get a car like in fallout 2
inb4 we get jacked by super mutants while we're looting a building
Try imagining how far the universe extends! Keep thinking about it until you go insane.we've already been told that we will never be able to ride cars in the recent Fallout games. Officially, that is.
Who needs cars when we got Vertibirds?
Not even. Domesticated animals like Yao Gui, quadrupedal Deathclaws, and Mole Rats for the little ones when?
Try imagining how far the universe extends! Keep thinking about it until you go insane.I'd pay to storm the Commonwealth atop a bloody Deathclaw, while Dogmeat's riding her own Yao Guai.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets. It's not like it can't be done either.
Animal Friend implies good skills around most animals, and characters have managed to make friends/get on neutral terms with animals from the measly radroach to the pissed off Deathclaws.
Unless we need to mind control them like back in '3 and risk getting the head piece busted mid battle while our bear/chameleon buddy is next to us.[1]◊

Try imagining how far the universe extends! Keep thinking about it until you go insane.I think Three Dog is still in Fallout 4.
How long has it been since anyone's heard that famous howl?
Try imagining how far the universe extends! Keep thinking about it until you go insane.Uh two days ago. I was just watching his episode of The Storyteller.

The NCR is like Tim Taylor. We need more POWER!!What's Ass Effect? I'm not sure I'm thinking of what you're thinking.
Known more commonly by its other mock nicknames, like Mass Erect, Ass Erect, Mass Defect, etc (2 outta three of those will net you porn pages upon search), it's Mass Effect.
I think.

My bad, looked like a chicken to me on my first viewing.
Now I look forward to the inevitable Fallout-world arguments in favor of free-range Radroaches.
