Phantom Pain or: Is Kojima Screwing With Us Again?

So folks, a new game from a previously unheard of studio, Moby Dick Studios, called Phantom Pain, aired at the VG As. Yet, something seems rather off about this trailer. Like the fact that the leader of said company, Joakim Mogren, has a name that is an anagram for Kojima mOGREn. And the fact that Kojima was working on a product called Project Ogre. Oh, and that there's freaking Volgin and Psycho Mantis in the trailer, and that the main character looks like Snake.

Also, Mobydick Game Studios abbreviates to MGS. Kojima, you so crazy.

I think it's too early to have a page for this. I can't watch the trailer at the moment, do you at least have a couple of tropes to keep the page from being a stub?

Didn't mean to imply Ground Zeroes is V, just used a "/" instead of "or" because GZ is confirmed to be the lead in to V.

Yes, but Kojima stated that GZ is a whole game serving as a prequel to V.

At this point I'm questioning Kojima due to these antics.

@Rotpar: There was some Mind Screw, some amnesia, some Herr Doktor, some kind of awesome fire horse thing, some kind of awesome fire whale thing, and some other tropey stuff in there.

It's MGS V. Good to see Kojima amping up the mind screws.

Probably going to be an ARG (this is way too suspicious), but there's nothing on the site at the moment

In addition, the trailer was at the Spike VGAs. I could probably calculate the odds of an unknown, brand spanking new studio without any previously established brand or resources getting into the Spike awards show. Those odds are low. Very low. Nonexistent in fact.

The problem with this being Kojima trolling is that it almost seems too obvious.
