If that's the case.. probably means that they're just looking into getting a Zulu/Netflix style service for it, as well as having those kinds of shows available to watch. Rumors like these, awesome as they are, often end up with mundane answers, and that seems to be the most likely conclusion.

XBL, PSN, and Ninentdo all have their online services based around a multi-media experience, with videogames obviously being one of them. He could've been making a marketing pitch to somebody, or just stating the obvious.
