"Reverse engineering" basically means looking at a finished product and figuring out how it was made that way. Without instructions or help from anyone who made it originally.
Also, no I'm not taking that bet. For one, while it's likely companies will put out altered Twinkie recipes to test the waters, they'll probably keep making it according to the original recipe until people stop buying them.

Maybe healthy snack food would be more appropriate.

Going along with the idea of healthy junk food, apparently a study in Finland predicted 80% of the children who would have obesity problems via simple demographic data. Anyone want to wager that the new Twinkie is lower in fat and sugars?
